You have to make sure your card matches…
You have to make sure your card matches EXACTLY your shipping info if not they will automatically cancel the order and you'll have to wait 3-5 days to get refunded only to turn around and make the order again.

I I ordered 2 salt vape and 1 weed…
I I ordered 2 salt vape and 1 weed pen.the vapes have a burnt taste to them and the weed pen doesnt work.i asked for a refund they would not or replace the weed pen they wouldn't even though I paid insurance on the products so ECM list a customer I'm sure losing 1 customer make no difference to Ecm so my advice stay away from Ecm they dont stand by there product or care about there paying customer

I gave my email to be contacted when a specific product came in and sure enough. I got the email a lot sooner than I expected and my order is on the way, you guys are awesome because there's nobody else that will deliver to me where I live.
