I have taken my truck for repair and they will not return calls to myself or the dealership where the repairs will be done. I have called several times and get no one. I leave messages and get nothing. I will not recommend this warranty.
I have warranty with this company and I can't get nobody to answer the phone. All I get is a voice mail and no call back. I can imagine if I take my truck to a shop I will end up paying the bill since they don't answer the phone or even get a call back.

Very polite and informative
The overall service was good, but they don't cover the one thing I need the mist-a Hybrid battery for my vehicle. I will be canceling the warranty.Update-Still waiting for a return call from the supervisor concerning my previous post/rating, to let me know if they would be able to help cover hybrid components.
