i finished the dispatcher101 truck dispatching course in November 2025. lots of great detail and every lesson came with audio, video and text lessons. im thankful to the team. my personal mentor was also great

This is the most detailed and best accredited course out there on the market. Every chapter was in a lot of detail and i had great mentorship. I ended up landing a remote job with a large carrier 2 weeks after finishing.

SCAM
Upon completing this course was promised a 12 month subscription to 123load board. Had to ask several times for a log in. Then they blocked my number and when called from a different number they answered and told me there was an issue with AI blocking people who call and email frequently. They offered up their lawyers email address and of course that didn’t get delivered due to email nonexistent. After being able to log into 123Loadboard for 10 days now they are saying that the credit card number that the company used was declined so therefore I do not have a subscription to 123Loadboard and they have never heard of this company. They do not offer any discounts to this company so therefore the $79 a month would be way more than what we paid for the $299 class which doesn’t add up to this day. I am still blocked on their phone system and email system for a class that I paid for I can’t even reach out to them for their 30 day guarantee money back to try to get my money back. This is a scam. Do not buy.

It seems like every new review (in the past 2 months) have been terrible. Noting very bad customer service. Early 2025 great reviews. Late 2025 and early 2026 terrible reviews. I was going purchase this course but now I am on the fence.

Poor customer service. Incompetent and liars.
Poor customer service. Representatives answering phone were completely incompetent. I couldn't reach anyone concerning training and was guaranteed a job offer from their affiliates. Was promised a refund but now they can't be reached.

Usefully info but Horrible to contact
The information is very useful and can teach you from 0-100 but the customers service or trying to contact them is HORRIBLE. I paid for the course and included a load board and I’ve been trying to set it up for the past months and no help!!

This is a scam! Do Not Purchase!
This is a scam! They advertise 30 Day money-back guarantee for dissatisfaction but do not follow through. I purchased the course on April 2, 2025 and on April 3, 2025 I completed 3 lessons and took a quiz that asked questions about material that was not covered in the first 3 lessons. After realizing this, I decided that I did not want to continue the course and immediately contacted the company for a refund. I am now being told that I am trying to “extort” them and that it is a legal matter now. All I did was ask for a cancellation and refund. Do not purchase this course! It’s not legitimate and they will try scare-tactics to get you not to request a refund! Buyer Beware!
