This company almost killed my dad.
Very poor service! They took advantage of an 85 year old widower financially. Giving misleading information about except-able forms of payment. Causing him to have episodes of anxiety and panic attacks. He has congestive heart failure which can cause him to die from panic attacks. These people are so desperate for money and cruel. Absolutely disgusting and heartless. Threatening to hold his furniture hostage because he was not informed of the correct form of payment expected on delivery. He had been told initially to provide cashiers checks one for pickup and one for delivery. He did that and upon delivery they would not allow the driver to expect the cashiers check that he was told to provide. My dad was so afraid of losing his furniture that he almost died. I would never use this company again and would advise everyone to steer clear of them. The are absolutely disgusting.

The initial quote was half of what they charged after they got to my house to load the furniture. They damaged my walls moving furniture. They damaged furniture during the move. They lost items that cannot be replaced. This was the worst moving company I've ever dealt with. Don't make the same mistake I made. You will regret it.

I moved all my gym equipment and a few racks of weights last weekend. The barbell and the plates are a lot to handle, so having extra hands made a big difference. They set the metal racks in a spot where they wouldn't slide against the other bins. The crew listened when I told them which boxes had the smaller clips and parts. Each piece was placed where I wanted it in the new workout area without any issues or marks on the floor.

A few large items had to be brought down from the second floor, but they didn't overcomplicate anything. They moved through the job without needing reminders or direction. The way they handled heavier things showed they knew what they were doing. All the boxes were taken in one go without anything left behind. The whole process felt steady, no rushing or dragging. They shifted the chest freezer across the gravel using a heavy-duty dolly before loading it for transport from FL to GA. Thick tension straps locked the freezer against the van wall so it wouldn’t shift during the drive.

This company caused months of stress, confusion, and financial loss. Our move was scheduled for August 1, yet our furniture did not arrive until the end of September. Nearly two months passed with zero communication, and at times we genuinely did not know where our entire household was.Over the course of three months, we logged 45 phone calls (only 4 were ever answered). We also sent 27 emails, of which only 3 received responses when they had the word ’legal’ in the email. The level of noncommunication was beyond negligent.When we attempted to locate our things, we were repeatedly told the truck had “broken down.” At one point, we were told the truck was in a repair facility for two weeks, yet two different employees told us it was located in two completely different cities. Meanwhile, four people in the office admitted they could not tell us where the truck was at all meaning no one could tell us where everything we owned was.We called the facility that our AirTag said it was located at and he was the only guy who was able to tell us what was wrong with the truck and the exact location of the truck, and this guy didn’t even work for the moving company. We didn’t research to find out who we could call based on what our AirTag was telling usThe only reason we had any idea where our things were was because we had placed AirTags inside multiple pieces of furniture. Without those AirTags, we would have had absolutely no way of knowing where our items were. Even more alarming, the AirTag directly contradicted what we were being told by the company about where the truck was.The problems began immediately. On our original pickup date, no one showed up and no one contacted us to say the pickup was canceled. I had to call the next day to find out what happened - there was no after hours service. One employee said there was a truck issue; another later said there was no truck issue at all and that they were simply behind on another job in a different city. The stories constantly changed.When our things finally arrived, they were damaged and incomplete. We are missing one entire box, had two broken lamps, two broken pieces of furniture, and there was sticky liquid spilled all over our electronics, causing further damage and concern.We reported the company to the Better Business Bureau. I lost three years off of my life. do not fall for the good pricing compared to other companies. If you were thinking, this move might be better than other peoples experiences - You are wrong. At all costs do not use this company. My sales representative’s name was Richard, and I could never get a hold of him. It wasn’t until I started telling him that everything was being documented in case we had to bring a third-party involved when he started to respond.
