I was a little bit skeptical of the price for the Office 2024 suite, but figured for under $15 it was worth a try. I immediately got a digital key code and link to install the program on my computer. I had a few issues trying to get it to download. This was caused from the Office 365 that was pre installed as a sample package. Once I removed it I had to reboot my computer because it still wouldn’t install office 2024. Once rebooted office 2024 installed quickly and I verified all included programs had my key code and were installed and operating correctly. Awesome deal.

I had no problem in receiving the digital code and using it to activate the software I had purchased. I placed the order with Digitalkeybox on ########, The payment was not done through PayPal, but rather through the option:"Enter a debit or credit card" however, the payment receipt show it coming from PayPal for which I don't have an account. Of course, that resulted in receiving an email from PayPal as follow:"Create a PayPal account for fast, secure checkouts at millions of merchants"

The support is excellent, I didn't immediately install the product until after about two months after I bought the product, then I encountered the activation issue with the key, I thought my money was wasted but I still kept a little hope and sent them an email stating the issue I encountered, not only did they reply immediately with a new key and a very detailed step by step instruction on how to install and activate the product, they even followed up a few days later to make sure my issue was resolved.
