I came to Danielle as a mom of a toddler with years of experience in nutrition and exercise, but was feeling lost and unmotivated as my weight constantly yo-yoed (after losing 80 lbs on my own in the past and losing weight again after pregnancy). Coaching with Danielle elevated me to the next level!Danielle offers TRULY personalized plans -- unlike anything I have ever tried (and to be honest, I have tried EVERYTHING under the sun). Danielle asks probing questions to help you identify your why and your values which dictate your motivation and approach to health.It really clicked that coaching was working for me when I took a diet break week and my body was still letting go of excess fat and I still had energy. It was even more solidified that coaching was for me when I began to have hormonal issues arise and Danielle assisted me in adapting and overcoming via nutrition and exercise.My coaching experience led me to tracking macros again; however, this evolved into me now maintaining my weight (even through Christmas and New Year's) while NOT tracking and eating at a maintenance level. I am now more mindful about feeling my body's cues for nutrition, exercise, and rest!I cannot recommend Danielle enough.
