I had an excellent experience with Custom Made Packaging. The process was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. Happy Customer...
David made the entire process incredibly easy and smooth. I was switching printing companies and was feeling quite anxious, but a friend recommended this one. I’m happy to say the whole experience was seamless, and they kept me updated on the progress every couple of days. I’m really glad I chose to work with this company.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Reached out to try and upgrade my shipping as I needed my order in a hurry. I'm not on the mainland so delays are pretty normal. The person from customer service called me the same day, explained there had been an issue with my order. Honestly this person bent over backwards to fix my issue and sorted out the shipping for no extra charge since there had been an issue.My items arrived the next day, which is unheard of where I live.Can't say how much I appreciate this as I actually needed the items for an appointment prior to my launch, so I would have been gutted if they didn't get here in time. I would like to Thank You Scott from the sales team for helping me out with all this. I'll definitely order again.

I've been using this company...
I've been using this company for my PR boxes, and it's been a smooth experience so far. They are much more professional compared to other printers in New York. One major plus is that they always respond on time and ensure approval before moving to the next phase of production. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable printer to create boxes for their PR campaigns.

I asked her to help design the packaging for my shampoo bar, incorporating an elegant floral touch, and she absolutely nailed it. Tpp tier quality at the affordable price.
Love how fast shipping was I worry about the payment but everything was real and ordering was simple. They told me to send the box details and design and on the same day I received the quote and then after agreeing on the quantity they send the payment link and shared the ETA. Quality is amazing and boxes are sturdy too.
