Panama Cruise
When I initially called Scott, I had a short time window in between appointments. He was able to meet same day. He had worked up a proposal to present for my cruise, then we only had to fine tune flights, hotels. On top of that, he was able to save me money, if I had booked through cruiseline would have been much more. Communications have been great compared to the last travel agent I used for a past cruise. He's sent me other excursions for my review that's not offered by cruise line.
