The hooker reel was not in the box that…
The hooker reel was not in the box that it was purchased, and there was a invoice inside of the box dated a year and a half ago to someone else. I'm not sure if the item is new or used or returned.

Ordered fishing products
Ordered fishing products. Needed them a specific way as pictured on the site. It was the reason I was buying from them. Got the product in a variation (not as described on their site and not how I wanted it). Emailed them about the issue.....not for a return but to at least correct their site listing so future people don't run into the same problem. No response. Not a great way to win over new online customers.
