The onboarding process was smooth

The onboarding process was smooth, Victor assisted me throughout the process. He was very professional and patient. My experience with the platform and support so far is awesome, you are never left alone to figure things out, I still have a long way to go and looking forward to the Journey.

I had an issue

I had an issue. It wasn’t Course Creators fault it problem really. As always they not only reached out in what seemed like (was) in minutes and set everything up. I worked with Victor and at the end of our zoom I literally told him he was a magician. It was like watching a code/ internet magic show. He was able to make all the changes quickly right in front of my eyes and in the end everything worked perfectly what I saw him do was not really impressive, but I couldn’t have done that in 100 years and I come from an old programming background just no way that I could be happier with Course Creator 360 and the class and knowledge of their staff.

Misled - Ignored | Would not recommend.

So, during my onboarding call before purchasing a subscription, I was told by a team member that I would be able to achieve a very specific need/goal natively, without issue: create video libraries for my membership.This was important to me because none of the other LMS platforms allowed me to do this without stuffing videos into a "course," which looks clunky and creates many user accessibility and navigation issues, along with confusion for members. It turns out you can't actually do this natively, and I did not figure that out until after the first month of my subscription had passed. I tried diligently to sort out a workaround and decided to go the course route. I customized my course per their knowledge base to an acceptable place, only to find out that the course customizations don't carry over to mobile and only work on desktop. The mobile versions all default to the same layout and aesthetic. Once again, I was extremely disappointed. I raised the issue and was told that a ticket had been submitted to the dev team about the issue but there was no answer as to whether or not the functionality would be made available to users of CC360, nor any sort of timeline for said fix. This left me in a position where I could not move forward with using the platform for my membership. I reached out via email support after getting the runaround from chat support and being disconnected mid-chat multiple times, and posted on the community/support forum, only to be ignored after clearly stating my issues and even providing images/graphics that clearly illustrate the problem.Email support assured me that they would help me find a path forward and suggested 3 possible options. When I inquired about how those options would work, I was told I needed to join their weekly tech call to address the issues. During the call, the team members, the same one who told me I could create video libraries natively during my onboarding which was false, basically told me the way he would go about creating a library would simply be to use a course...I spent hours and days of my time trying to make the software work for my needs, despite being misled, and did my best to reach out to support time and time again only to be ignored, given the run around, or to be told the solution to my issue was to do things in a way that I specifically expressed I did not want to do for a plethora of reasons. I purchased my subscription during the Black Friday sale last year and didn't get around to digging into the software until January as life and business were terribly chaotic. Despite the crappy experience, I would have been fine to simply part ways if I would have been offered some sort of refund given how things unfolded: though I ended up paying for three months, even a single month would have been a decent gesture since I was misled to begin with and then given no clear-cut path forward to be able to use and implement the software for my needs. Of course, I ended up getting the corporate-speak about their refund policy, which states that requests must be made within 30 days... This is a small company where the owner is actively involved, and I feel like some sort of consideration would have been reasonable and called for.The software and system have a lot to offer, especially at the price point, but my experience during onboarding and subsequently with the team left a bad taste in my mouth, given their stance on being dedicated to supporting creatives and the community. Bummed that I couldn't make it work, that there was no legit support to work out the issues, and that I wasn't able to recoup any of the money spent on something that proved to be unworkable, outside of the lost time, frustration, etc.

My onboarding call was with Victor, and he was a great help to me, seeing that I was totally new. I had lots of questions, and he patiently answered them all. I'm excited to get started.

Victor was very professional

Victor was very professional. He was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He was very calm and explained everything step by step. He did not complicate things, but make it easy to understand. I had a few question, and he took time to answer all of them. He also was very pleasant. over all, It was a very great session. Thank you Victor.

Ray has the patience of a saint

Ray has the patience of a saint. After being stuck for 2-3 weeks on how to maneuver the tech the way I want it to go, emailing and trying to follow his zoom instructions, after 1 phone call, he wrapped everything up for me with a tight little bow. Today, I'm wrapping up what we started and sending out my first course that i expect will change lives. I could not b more excited. Thank you

Great onboarding experience

Just had my onboarding call and Juan was so helpful, supportive and engaging. I am so alien to all of this, and feel like there is so much to learn (because this system literally does everything), but Juan was calm, patient and reassuring. I cannot thank him enough. Fingers crossed all continues smoothly from here....

My onboarding call…

My onboarding call with Victor was awesome! He was very helpful, supportive and very patient with me. Everything was so fast. Victor really knows his job and it shows in his work! Very knowledgeable and again so very helpful. I’m so glad I found course creator. It’s everything I’ve been looking for and more all put together. I’m so excited to see what the future holds with this company and community. I haven’t been this excited for any other program yet!

The support time is fantastic

The support time is fantastic, when every you have any tech issues, they are super responsive, which is rare, most platforms send you an unhelpful generic message. I love CC360.

Always receive help when needed. Not just a bot!!

I wouldn't say this site is easy... BUT every single time I had a question or was in a quandary -- small or large -- I received instant assistance. Usually with a loom video showing the exact steps to take. I love having so many of my programs in one place!

Excellent Company!

I’ve had two interactions with this company, and so far I can tell they are a hard-working, high integrity, and kind group. I signed up for their Black Friday deal that they so graciously extended out to Cyber Monday. I spoke to Kyell who was amazing both times. He has been so professional, easy, helpful and fun! I’ve interviewed so many other companies like this one for the last two months, and after narrowing things down to three, this one had won by far. I’m super excited to start with all their tools and look forward to working with Kyell and the team long-term.

I’m not super tech savvy…

I’m not super tech savvy and I moved my business from ClickFunnels to Course Creator 360 (CC360) because hands down CC 360 video tutorials are definitely linear and from beginning to end easy to understand and apply. I spoke w/CC 360 sales rep Kyell and he was professional and personable in every way. Additionally, he answered all my questions and even pointed out some benefits that I didn’t ask about. CC 360 is still very new to me but hands down the tutorials, dashboard and the employees as well as the owner really care about helping me with business whether I use them for full service or if I want to learn how to use their software myself. I hope my review helps you with your decision to use CC 360.

CC360 takes care of their customers. In every way, they quite literally exceed expectations from onboarding to trainings to community to support and enablement. It's fantastic, and they are true to their mission for helping course creators thrive on an end-to-end platform. If you're hesitant - your ROI here will absolutely outpace the cost. Also - shoutout to RJ - just got off the phone with her for support. She was incredibly professional, efficient, and knowledgeable about the product and backend support!
