I'm so glad I found this company—they're truly reliable. In just a few months, they settled my first debt and it was such a relief. They always got back to me quickly and explained everything clearly. So grateful for their help!
They were supposed to settle four debt accounts. After two full years, NOTHING has been settled. They've taken thousands of my dollars and paid NOTHING toward the debts they were supposed to pay. I even signed up for their "Legal Protection Plan" through Veritas, which is also bogus. As soon as I signed up for this program, the communication got bad. Every call was with another new guy that I couldn't understand. Soon they stopped answering my calls completely. I reached out to Forth, the company that does the transactions for them, and they couldn't even stop the transactions.
This is the biggest rip off I've seen. Not to mention that they harass you at least monthly!!! They tell you to call them back and don't answer! Last month I spent 2 hours on hold over a week trying to call them back.They had my debt, so far I have actually been sued by 4 companies and the last one I dealt with by myself and getting it dismissed. They don't fight for you. Not to mention that I live on a VERY small income (disability)and they are taking over 2/3 of my money every month!!! And I just learned that they have extended this 2 years I have been paying them since March of 2023 @$410?? And they upped it to $610 roughly but yet it was just supposed to be for 10 months at this rate to pay off a account.... It's been over a year and a few months!!! They didn't care about me surviving a major car accident and the at fault driver didn't have insurance, and I was going to have to pay out of my pocket for medical stuff and another carI was told oh sorry can you up your payment!?!? Can you ask your family and friends for money!?!? I was signed up under free legal and I found out that I am paying"legal representative fees" but I settled my own court case?!? Nope this company is a nightmare. I'm about ready to change my bank account.
Concordia legal advisors previously know as Palisade legal group has taken over 14k from me since Nov 2023. I thought I was helping my credit by having them help me resolve a personal loan. Palisade/ Concordia stated they got one main to agree on a little over 8k. And palisade/Concordia would take approximately 2.5k for their end. Well I just finished my last payment so I thought on November 25 of this year. When I seen my credit score didnt change and my one main was still showing the 8k due. I reached out on December 22nd 2025 Palisade is now saying I owe and additional 600+ dollars to not default on my agreement. I spent hours on the phone advocating for myself as they never informed me if this. And asked them if I wasnt the one to reach out about this matter, it would have defaulted and my 14k would have been for nothing! They agreed! They robbed me! The manager said he would have their team look into it and get back to me, it is now December 29, 2025 and still now word. It is absolutely disgusting and beyond alarming that this is able to happen. That companies are able to scam and steal from those in bad financial situations and still trying to do the right thing. Ive read Palisade has had multiple lawsuits for this very thing. I will continue to seek justice for myself and hopefully be able to notify others of this horrible so called debt relief company.
It was great talking to Troy I’ve asked him to send an email to Firestone,credit first to reinstate the card. Also ask him to send to my and my husbands emails. So far we haven’t received what we ask for. So hopefully it will be done before Christmas. Where still waiting ….

Avoid the hassle and do it yourself. I signed up to take care of a few credit cards and some personal loans, and the process was easy, but not very professional. The fact they changed their name should give you pause. Anyway, they will settle with the debtors but at a significant cost to you. Their fees are outrageous. What they won’t tell you is that you can do all this yourself. I had them negotiate 3 of my debts and it was significant, but when you add their fees, it was minimal. They’ve also increased my monthly payments to escrow twice already to cover “unexpected costs.” After I realized I was being fleeced by their fees, I canceled my contract so I could do the rest. The fact is the debtors are willing to work with you if you communicate with them. I had settlement offers from them come directly to me, then I forwarded them to Concodria. They settled for that amount but then tacked on their fee! They did nothing but set up a payment plan. What a joke. Just settle these yourself. A majority of debtors will negotiate with you directly as will the third party collectors. It will save you a lot of money in the long run.
So far so good I had seven accounts like credit cards and personal loans. Concordia costumer service is excellent. I started in June with them and they had settle four account and l just have three more accounts and we are set off and our financial status will get better and our credit score will be raising after we settle all accounts. I thinks it was the best decision so we could have at least paid off with settlement pays and avoid going in bankruptcy.
Troy was courteous, very helpful, and efficient. I was able to confirm the outcome of my past week call with Concordia under one minute with him.
Company didn't settle my last debt they canceled my legal help i paid for by accident and did not reinstate it i got sued from creditor for 14 000 and had to hire lawyer to settle this debt and Concordia charged me over 5,000 in fees they lie cheat steal stay a million miles away from this trap
Totally incompetent group of fools. I've tried 4 times to find out why they quit taking my payments. They told me they would process the payment each time having me sign their doc. Every time I have to contact them I am forced to give my info at least twice. Do not expect any customer service or action from them I would NOT recommend using their services.
Logan went over everything with me,was very polite,had great news for me! I would definitely recommend Concordia Legal advisors,they resolved all my cards and now I am debt free!! They kept in touch throughout the whole time solving the cards for me and let me know every step of the way. Thank you Concordia!!

High predatory fees. Never returned calls. Canceled and they won’t refund my money in my account. Beware of these people and their practices. Someone needs to sue this company and begin class action. Sooo disgusted.

Either this is a scam or the people in this company are incompetent. They have done nothing for me as far as contacting my creditors and trying to make some kind of a negotiation with them. I’ve talked to customer service, which they don’t know what’s going on but I never get to talk to someone that’s actually dealing with my creditors
Cabel Brooks was professional, kind, and mostly emphatic. He took control of my call and made me feel confident that he would get things done. He did! He worked hard to get my issue resolved with first call resolution. His performance today was stellar.
