Conflip stole my money. Its scam atm's.
I tried to buy bitcoins via their atm in Denver. Inserted money 900$. Got receipt by sms. Bitcoins never came. I texted them and they asked to verify my id. I did that. Then called them. And then they say that they will not gonna send them now and if I want to get my money back or bitcoins I need to go to FBI and start case about internet fraud. This is what coinflip saying me. I have all chats saved. Its scam in the middle of the day! I lost my money and didnt get crypto I tried to buy. They pretend they selling crypto but I didnt get any crypto of them. Its crypto scam at least I feel I get in to one.

My experience with CoinFlip was disappointing. The transaction process seemed simple, but when a confirmation issue occurred, customer support was slow and unhelpful. Responses felt generic, and I was not given a clear explanation or timeline for resolution. Fees were also higher than expected, with limited transparency around the final cost. In cryptocurrency transactions, clarity and responsiveness are essential, and both were lacking here.After getting no meaningful assistance internally, I sought independent blockchain tracing support through Recoverysol to better understand what happened.Overall, I believe improvements in transparency and customer service are necessary. Beware, beware beware beware beware. This company is not the same company it used to be. You used to be able to put money in the machine and you’d have your bitcoin or other coin within minutes. But now they steal your money for three days and you will not see your coin for three days. Pending a ““ security review. It’s a total sham. Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been a customer. I’ve been a customer for almost 10 years. And this is the first time I’ve put my money in to be told. I won’t see it back in coin for three days. The whole point of bitcoin ATMs as you want instant bitcoin. We don’t put your money in so that you can wait three freaking days when you’re paying those kind of fees. And they are no help when you call customer service. They just tell you oh it will only be three days. That’s not acceptable. They give you no warning before you put your money in the machine that you’re not gonna see your coin for three days. I would never in 1 million years use this company ever again. I’ve done thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars worth of transactions through this company before and I will never use this company ever again. So just beware. I wouldn’t use this machine. Even if you’ve had a good experience with them before because I did too. Until today.

Tried to sell $2,000 worth of litecoin at one of their machines. It took the crypto then the ATM malfunctioned so coincidentally and never paid me cash. But hey, I got a 95 percent discount as an apology. Hooooray…… still waiting for my refund after they said 1 day wait. Of course not. They shouldn’t be allowed to run this business. Ridiculous. Scam.

I used their mining platform for roughly three months before they abruptly accused me of violating their terms and froze all of my Bitcoin. By last week, their website had completely vanished. In total, they took about $200,000 from me I believe the loss was limited because I stopped investing additional funds early. Sadly, many others were not as fortunate.

I estimate I’ve paid Coinflip, and its predecessor OLLIV in this AU market, an estimated AU$20,000 in ATM fees over the past 2-1/2 years. It therefore came as a surprise to receive a text message yesterday saying that “due to an evaluation of your account with our terms of service and customer criteria your account has been closed.”This is blatant unconscionable conduct. I will speak with my attorney based in Geneva Switzerland about my prospects with filing litigation in the Superior Court of Chicago for unconscionable conduct arising from unfairness in contractual dealings pursuant to the Doctrine of Unconscionability and Fraudulent Inducement.

The coinflip apps suck. It constantly freeze, fails to process transactions and charges exorbitant fees. It frequently fails to process purchases, resulting in messages indicating failed transfers. It sucks. And l will no longer use it

I've just used CoinFlip wire transfer service and as well its ATM before. It is amazing! The Client manager Isiah Aslam is very dedicated and transparent. What he has promised is what he executed till the process completion. The communication channel is easy to reach which brings no distance at all. For using ATM experience, To be honest, the location availability is very limited. I suggest to Install ATMs everywhere in Toronto area.The only reason I did not offer 5 star was that due to the technical issue the coins were not released in the same day as supposed to be.
