As I stated in my reply to the email you sent, I cannot give an evaluation until I receive delivery of my machine because I need to evaluate it and compare that to all the advertised features. But as for dealing with the staff while placing my order I was very pleased with the help and explanation of the process. The only thing I would like to recommend is a way to better track shipping and delivery dates. Other than that I will be very happy to write a review of my new roaster after it arrives. Thank you for your attentiveness.

Fast delivery and the exclusive source for the grinder we needed. It arrived in the manufacturer’s sealed box inside their packaging, so it was clearly brand new. I’ll order from them again and happily recommend them to others.

I couldn’t find the coffee maker I wanted anywhere, and then Coffeeroast had it. The purchase and shipping processes were easy, and I enjoyed my first delicious cup yesterday!
I ordered a moccamaster kits thermal carafe a week ago. Their shipping policy says pre-authorization until shipped. However, they authorized payment and I still do not have any updates on when it will be shipped. I have written two emails and left a message and no response. I am very unhappy about this situation.
Brews an amazing cup and feels top-notch. Mug space is a bit tight, but still a great buy!
Initially I was concerned about lack of communication but after several emails and calls , I got my answers and received exactly what I bought. At the end, I am happy with the product and maybe they need more employees to help customers.
I have no idea how to reach out to them anymore. I bought a roaster a few weeks back, answered all the questions they asked me and never heard back from them. I have sent them multiple emails and called multiple times and they haven’t had the courtesy to reply. I am beyond disappointed and without what I was promised to receive.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS “company”. I ordered a coffee machine on 8/17, it’s now 10/4 and no sign of it- almost two months ago. They keep telling me they are sending it and I should receive it within 6-8 days and it never arrives. Not to mention it was in stock on their website. Truly terrible experience.
Price was way better than everyone else’s. It just took longer than I expected but love the coffee maker. I like buying from smaller businesses.

I had a few questions before pulling the trigger on the Lelit Anita Espresso Machine. The support team was super helpful and gave me clear guidance. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and I’ve been enjoying café-quality shots ever since. Great experience.

I placed an order for a Sandbox R1 with CoffeeRoastCo on July 18. Five days later, I received an email saying there was an issue with the billing address and I needed to submit identity verification documents. I sent everything they asked for, including my credit card statement and driver's license, expecting the order to be reprocessed as they said it would be.Instead, they did not create a new order or clarify next steps. I had to follow up again to ask what to do. On Monday, July 28, I paid the invoice they sent and was told the roaster would ship immediately. It is now Wednesday and I have received no tracking number, no shipping confirmation, and no clear communication. That makes nearly two full weeks since the original order, and still nothing concrete has happened.This company may not be outright fraudulent, but they are extremely disorganized and careless with customers' time and personal information. If you are planning to order from them, be prepared for long delays, vague communication, and a total lack of follow-through.If this is resolved quickly and properly, I will update this review to reflect the final outcome. But as of now, I would not recommend this seller to anyone.

FANTASTIC customer service! The heating plate was chipped on the Moccamaster. I emailed customer service with photos and No Problem! New one on its way and chipped one mailed back quite easily. Such a joy to work with the person who responded to my email! Will definitely be ordering from Coffeeroast Co. again.
Coffee Roast Co is incredible. I recently received a Bideli 2kg Electric and everything works perfectly. I love the roaster and I love their customer service even more. They are super responsive and help you every step of the way
The machine arrived fully protected in a crate. The machine is beautiful, and I installed the heating elements and fired the machine up and it heated. I was thankful. They were very responsive to my questions, and helped me understand things a little better.
