Is 0 stars an option?Desperately seeking a refund for a trip at the beginning of May (which was booked back in Dec 2019 - before coronavirus was a known problem). Constantly fobbed off - told that I can have alternative dates or a credit, but this doesn’t help, I just want my money back! One of my party is an NHS key worker so obviously, is working not planning to go on holiday, and is isolating away from the rest of the family. I am isolating as I have a small baby. Information that I have provided to Clock Book Stay - but they don’t care!I made my booking via Air BnB and Clock Book Stay immediately wanted to communicate outside the parameters of Air BnB. Now I’m being told to resolve via Air BnB - how ironic! I would advise anyone to proceed using Click Book Stay to proceed with caution, I certainly won’t be using again! And as for Air BnB, first time I’ve encountered any problems after many well travelled years!
