product and price were great. However, delivery confirmation and reporting was very slow. I did not receive a confirmation of shipment for 2 weeks. No message about the status or any indication of backorders. I would have appreciated prompt communication on the status or delays that might be expected with the option to continue or cancel as many other solar providers have done. I did not have a problem waiting but would like to be kept up to date. Several phone calls did not produce positive reports until 2 weeks later. The LTL freight was ok and the panels arrived undamaged and were shipped secure on a pallet. I Highly recommend ordering pallet quantity for best shipping safety. The lady handling logistics for the company was very nice and responded quickly to my requests. A+ to her.

They worked real hard to get my order shipped. There was a problem with the original order as far as availability and they found some other panels which I was pleased with and they are working excellent. It’s a 12 K system and I’m real pleased with the production

Fast Shipping and Take Care of Customers
I order a pallet of LG Panels and they were on the way from the day after the order. The carrier called and got them scheduled for delivery. I got notifications of the order tracking. After the order was delivered, I de-stacked the pallet. One of the panels was shattered. I sent them a note about the damaged panel. They quickly sent a refund to cover it. Everything was smooth and taken care of. One note, the panels said they were new but had writing and dates on them. I really can’t tell if they were used, but they are very clear.

Incredible customer service and support!!
I ordered a pallet of 25 320W Jinko Tier 1 Panels. After about a week I hadn’t received a shipping update so I contacted Clear Energy. I got a prompt email response and was notified that the panels I ordered were out of stock, but that they were willing to send me 25 of the jinko 400w panels instead st no extra cost. This solution was more than I would have expected or hoped for. After my panels arrived, the bottom panel on the pallet was completely shattered. I contacted Jonathan once again and he provided me with options to rectify the problem. It is refreshing to work with a company that has excellent customer service and cares about its customers. If you need panels, order from clear energy partners. You won’t regret it!

A no bull company. Two thumbs up.
Sometimes it’s hard to tell if a company is really good. If everything goes smoothly, your order arrives on time, the price was good, interaction was minimal …It’s when the shipper stabs one of your panels with a forklift, THEN you find out how good the company is or isn’t, how good the customer service is. This is a GREAT company to work with. I will happily do business with Clear Energy Partners again. They took care of me promptly under less than perfect circumstances.

On delivery, a damaged panel at the base of the stack was noted and photo documented. I reached out to the company for comment, but have not yet received a response.
