Had a Juicer down due to a repair. Stephen from Citrus America helped me complete the repair and went above and beyond spending hours with me on FaceTime to talk me through the repair and sent us parts needed to take care of us in a timely manner. Stephen should be recognized for his patience and going above and beyond for our needs!!
Great customer service - supportive, quick, and personable - and their equipment is superior. The juice it produces is the best I've ever had! They also don't just provide the juicing equipment, but they show you how to best use it. They're a true partner.
Stephen was help full, in explaining the parts and function of the machine & took his time to face time me about my problems with the machine. Stephen Farinhas has great customer service,we need more people like him that will take tech support to the next level.

The juicer is fantastic! There are a lot of moving parts, but it is pretty easy to clean. The only recommendation I have, is to have a bucket supplied to catch the peels. The buckets we have are too short and the juice goes everywhere. Update: since my review, a bucket has been supplied and we are so grateful for their quick response to our needs. Thank you so much!
The team at Citrus America has been fantastic. The advice they’ve given me has been excellent. Sandy and Jacob have provided excellent training and support every step of the way. I started with a Revolution when we were juicing lower volumes but, in the meantime, my juicing business has grown greatly. Citrus America helped me upgrade my juicer with a trade-in and I’ve upgraded to a Fantastic M/AS. This is a team you can trust and they’re there when you need them.

Jay and team are great partners from time of purchase to the weeks and months after the purchase of their juice machines. They provide labels and offer best in class education of how to develop a in store juice program. I would recommend Jay and Team to anybody looking to start or grow your juice category.
