A trip to Milan, Bologna, Verona and Lake Como- never to be forgotten
I just came back from a trip to Milan, Bologna, Verona and Lake Como. Viviane Gringer along with Ciao Italy Tours made an amazing trip for the 4 of us. Everything from our food tasting tour to our walking tour with Sara Brambilla in Verona was top notch. the hotels you chose were all centrally located and gave us excellent service. Rome is spectacular! St Peter's Basilica/Vatican
Rome is spectacular!! St Peter's Basilica is a must see. The only problem was the tour was not long enough for my family. There is just so much to ponder and view. We understand that there is a time frame but there just wasn't enough time to look and review all the Magnificent beauty! Christmas eve mass was a breathtaking experience with the Pope and others! If we had additional time, we would go back to experience not only the same pieces of art but even more that we were not able to review and reflect on.

Our trip to Italy was a trip of a lifetime! We arrived on Christmas Day, and it was such a special time to be in Rome. We stayed at the Palazzo Navona Hotel. We were centrally located near most of the monuments. They were only minutes away, and we felt completely safe. We rented a car to go visit family a few hours away from Rome, and the rental was seamless. All the tours we did were very personalized for the four of us. Each guide spoke very good English, were quite knowledgeable of the history of each site, and took the time to answer all our questions. When we return to Rome, we will DEFINITELY use Ciao Italy Tours again!

Our vacation was amazing thanks to Ciao Italy. Every day was something special, the tour guides were nothing less than perfect!! The hotels in Matera and Lecce were magnificent, food tastings were definitely a highlight of our vacation. Would highly recommend, not a single complaint!

Driver arrived 35 minutes late, no call, no apologies. We were just about to call cabs to get us to airport.
