Got our steamer and it works great happy I did the research and found this one over others. It came with a broken wheel and sent a message and they sent a replacement out really fast could not be happier with my purchase.

I have experience with several brands of steamers and Chief is my favorite
They care about their products and their customers. I’ve been dealing with Kevin for well over 10 years and he is super helpful if you have a problem. Chief steamers are the best value on the market. I have a 6 year old unit that was neglected by employees and has sat in a corner for 3 years. I finally pulled it back out and ordered parts and had it back up and running in about 3 days (and at a very reasonable cost) My next steamer will be a Chief as well.

The customer service here is amazing
The customer service here is amazing. As a business owner there is nothing worse than having to ship a machine back for repairs when it’s needed out in the field.
