Easy ordering, the cooler came in quickly and does a great job.
It has been a pleasure to purchase 3 coolers at Scheels and a few accessories online like the culinary cooler pans.... We are so looking forward to using our purchases to keep our food for our guests safe when we go shopping over an hour away for groceries for our guests for our retreats at Shepherd's Canyon Retreat Ministry in Wickenburg, AZ and while we serve our guests as well. Steve was also so helpful when I asked a million questions through the online chat..... so thankful for a company that is Arizona proud that cares about food safety, temperature control and extended time to keep food items cold!
I took my new Outfitter 55 v2 out for the first time, to Death Valley this weekend. It is a beast. It worked every bit as well as expected and it feels indestructible. I’m feeling really good about picking Canyon over other options.
Website was easy to navigate. Ordering was simple. Pictures of products could have more size reference photos instead of just the cooler by itself against a neutral background. That could help compare sizes more efficiently.

I have several of Canyon Coolers products and just bought one more! They perform extremely well, even in Arizona in the summer time. There are other companies around but Canyon’s quality, performance and customer service is exceptional. I stand behind my recommendations to family, friends and others I meet on trips. My 22 qt is shipped and look forward to putting it to good use! Canyon not only has the best performing products but customer satisfaction shines through everything they do. The product looks great. Just haven't received any details on shipping and when the cooler and ice pack are due to arrive. This is a birthday present and it would be nice to know if these items will arrive in time for the celebration.

I am not new to Canyon Coolers. My son Bryan owns Jordan River Boat Works and is a dealer for Canyon Products. We have many Canyon Coolers and drink ware. All of Canyon’s products are awesome, and I show them off on my many outings on both rivers and Upland Hunting.
My Canyon Cooler has performed well overall, and I’ve been happy with its performance. However, my experience with the warranty department has been disappointing.I submitted a warranty claim for a foot pad that came off, and initially the process seemed smooth. The claim was approved within a few days, and on December 5, 2025, I was informed that the replacement foot pad would be fully covered under warranty and shipped out.Unfortunately, as of February 12, 2026, I have not received the replacement part or any follow-up communication. Despite multiple attempts to reach out — including offering to pay for the part and shipping — I have not received a response.I’ve only owned the cooler since September 2025, and aside from the foot pad issue, it seems to be a solid product. That said, the lack of communication and follow-through on the warranty claim has been frustrating.Based on the product quality alone, I’d rate it higher — but due to the warranty experience, I’m giving it three stars.
It’s was great all around customer service and easy access on the web
Great product and a great company. We use these coolers commercially on the Middle Fork of the Salmon. We load them in to trucks, planes, drag them through the dirt, have dance parties on them and they never fail us. After 8 days on the river in August we still have ice cold beers at the the take out.
Good communication from both the owner and employees. After close to two years I am very happy with my first cooler and just ordered a second one.
