Warning on paying your Deposit, they may not give it back
I complained about a £1k refundable deposit taken that was not returned and after chasing insisted its my bank blocking the transaction. Only after the threat of complaint to FCA on client money that it then magically got deposited to my account. Having worked in financial services myself, I raised a complaint via their generic complaints email with no response. Another follow-up and still nothing. I then searched the FCA register and saw the names of Katie Jones (Compliance Manager) and Mark Lavery (CEO) who I then emailed. Katie responded "Oh i thought it was dealt with". I emailed again asking for investigation and redress with no response. Shocking how a regulated company and regulated person can just ignore concerns from customers.Avoid this company.
