Don assisted me when the website was under construction. By far the MOST amazing service I have had online. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. He knew about majority of the products and had the knowledge to let me know exactly what I should get (he was spot on). Paul helped me navigate the website, he helped me step by step to get me where I needed. This company of people are amazing I would suggest this place to anyone and everyone. just got ripped off by a website. I thought it looked good because the reviews on google and Reddit were great..there Name is burmanshealthshop.com. Pray 🙏 They get back to me and I hope it's just a saturday thing Maybe but I know that my funds were deducted after the Zelle payment was sent to them And They got it So I know they got it, and I never did not receive a response yet that I paid a Company before you know.I even tried to let them know by text to the phone number that They have on the website. 😔 I did Not Expect this after all the amazingly good Reviews From Google nqmd trustpiolot but ii guess I'm out 85 bucks....Ah damnit lol what do you guys Think or do if u were Me.Now..... 😔. I gave them 3 stars to stay neutral i hope they will Not Rob MeI have all receipts pictures and everything if anyone wants To see.....they officially Robed me ive heard no response at all email or text wise back at all.....unbelievable

I noticed that they have a high review score. I don't know why because they don't know what they are talking about. First, they don't put the back labels on their products on the website. You have to call to get information. The product that I was looking at had multiple ingredients and there was no dosage amount of each ingredient. The people in this business have very limited information or knowledge of what they are selling. I think what they have on their website is cut and pasted from the internet - which is very common today. I asked one man that I spoke with how do you get away with this? H told me that the way they get around it is by saying that they are selling research items. This puts the burden on the customer to figure out how to use the product. But even a research item lists each ingredient, information about the ingredients which gives a person a starting point. DON'T buy from them. In most states you can THC, etc and even the sales-person in the store knows more than they do.

I recently stumbled across them and I’m glad I did. Simply put, wonderful customer service. I’ve now shopped with them several times because they are wonderful to work with! Do your own research but it’s a local shop for some but the rest of us here are patrons of their website. They always are easy to talk to. It feels almost as if they’re your neighbors, that level of personable service and a breeze to make sure you get your order right. All I have left to say is, definitely consider them for your next purchase but first, go to the site and just live chat with them. They’ll get back to you usually in a couple min to about an hour at worst so far, so chat with them and see if you too feel the comfortable customer experience :). Thanks again for taking the time to fix my 2nd to last order as well (they were waiting on a shipment and allowed me to swap out my order if I didn’t want to wait a day or two until their very later shipment, not their fault obviously, so they definitely made it simple to just swap it for the competition similarly priced supplement and all, and made me sure it was a good solution. Just one of the best experiences I’ve had working with a business online!)
