we booked and then the next day the site told us it wasn’t available. we had to rebook and wait for a refund so that was inconvenient but the CEO personally helped us get it fixed and that was very appreciated. we still got a different type of spot that would work for us.

I don’t like being deceived
I don’t like being deceived. I was on what I thought was the REAL Margaritaville RV Resort website. Once I clicked the “reserve” button and saw that the confirmation came from BookOutdoors, I knew I had been had. Once burnt, lesson learnt. Shameful business practices. It cost me $25 to cancel. Buyer beware.
