Horrible! They sell a warranty and do not stand…

They sell a warranty and do not stand by it. Do NOT recommend and will not buy a thing from them the rest of my life!

Horrible Experience $2500 on a chair that is of NO USE

Sadly, We had a HORRIBLE experience with a chair that was bought from Bob Mills. Had issues with the chair before the warranty expired took Bob Mills about 4 months to get parts at that point I was assured that if there were any more issues with the chair I would not have a problem needless to say 6 month later same electrical issues with the chair and I was told that this was no longer Bob Mills problem it was the warranty company. So long story short once your year warranty is out Bob Mills no longer will take care of any issues you may have with your purchase. Hmmmmmm I have major issue with this I did not purchase the chair from the extended warranty company I purchased the chair from Bob Mills Furniture Store.

Extremely poor warranty serbice

In September 2024 I purchased a leather lift chair from Bob Mills in OKC for just over $2,000. I am a senior with physical challenge so lift chair is medically required. On August 2025 my chair malfunctioned so I contacted Bob Mills and technician was dispatched. He determined that motor and remote require replacement and parts were ordered. Wrong parts received and I’m told it will be mid to late February before parts are expected. It seems that either chair replacement or robbing parts from another chair in stock would be reasonable. When parts received they could be placed in the donor chair but that won’t happen. Very poor service with warranty. Also, TD Bank they finances through sent me a letter stating they were reporting a late fee of $3.00 to credit bureau when I paid my loan in full and have their letter confirming full payment and no balance due. Poor service/experience all around.

I think I didn’t get what I paid for.

I bought a recliner that was on a big sale in November 2025. The sales promised it would be ready in four days and I agreed. Four days later we made the 15 mile trip again and was told by the warehouse manager that it wouldn’t be here for another week. I agreed but didn’t care for it. A few days later I decided I’d waited long enough and went to the store. I want to save money is the reason I was going to pick it up. They said how sorry they were and agreed to deliver it the next day which they did. With in two weeks the seat had already started going flat and was getting hard. I got my receipt out to see what the brand was and when I turned the chair over to see if the brands matched I found that ALL of the tags had been removed. I don’t believe it was the same one I purchased. Another reason is the chair is not as wide which at first I thought it was just me. I believe the didn’t have one so the replaced it with a look alike and that’s why the tags had been tore off. I’ve bought several recliners from them over the past few years but never again.

Thank you to our sales lady who went way past normal customer service for us. Out chairs were pushed out from arriving Nov. to mid Jan.! . She found some exact matching chair that were in KS and matched exactly to what we wanted and had them shipped to OKC and we picked them up today! No one has customer service like this anymore. Thank you so much for caring about us so much!

BEWARE - Bob Mills “Leather” Furniture is Mostly Polyurethane

BEWARE: Their "leather" furniture is mostly polyurethane, but the website fails to disclose this.Bob Mills Furniture failed to properly disclose the true materials used in the Antelope sofa I purchased at the Schertz, TX location. The company’s website and sales staff both represented it as leather. Only after delivery did I discover that the majority of the sectional is polyurethane, and that only the seat and back cushions are actually leather. The arms, sides, and back are polyurethane.This important information was not disclosed verbally or on the website. Had I known the sofa was not fully leather as presented, I would not have purchased it.The day after it was delivered, on November 14, 2025, I visited the Schertz store and spoke with the manager Chris to request either a partial refund, given the product was misrepresented and thus worth less, or permission to return the sofa without being charged the $199 restocking fee and $209 second delivery fee.Chris refused both options. I again explained that the website does not list the fact that most of the sofa is polyurethane, and the salesperson did not disclose that the majority of the sectional was polyurethane. Their position is that the sale is final unless I pay the additional fees.I believe this is deceptive advertising and misrepresentation, as consumers reasonably expect that an item advertised as “leather” is made of leather unless clearly stated otherwise. The average buyer would not assume a majority of the sofa is synthetic material. As a matter of fact, after discovering this misrepresentation, I was able to find the same or similar furniture through other websites like Rooms to Go, Ashley, Living Spaces, Home Depot and Jennifer Taylor, and ALL sites accurately disclose the arms, sides, and backs are faux leather, as Bob Mills should have.Bottom line: Bob Mills Furniture engages in deceptive sales practices and they refuse to make it right. (And don't even get me started on their "everything is made in America" schtick when they are made in Vietnam.)

I spent 4000 on a leather couch

I spent 4000 on a leather couch, I spent 400 on what I thought was a warranty, the sales sold it as such. No Bob, the salesmen who sold us the furniture did not explain up front, read that Bob, up front, which you are not. You take a gamble knowing that most people will not read the fine print, and they get stock with bad furniture, and a store credit that you devised so that you are in a win/win situation. I will not go into all the details, because it pains me to do so. But if you buy from Bob mills, DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY/STORE CREDIT BS THAT THEY ARE SELLING.

The furniture store is a flagship for furniture in the Rio Grande Valley

The furniture store is a flagship for the valley, some of the best furniture and best quality I have seem, Their selection is a variety of family, and a variety of products that make your home look great, their technology home theater equipped furniture is impressive, their staff is very helpful and professional, and go beyond help select and get what you like. I highly recommend their products. Their finance process is fast nothing short of being excellent and quick. I will shop there again and if you have an hour or two during the week or weekend, visit them to get a fresh look of their products.

Don’t ever shop at Bob Mills furniture…

Don’t ever shop at Bob Mills furniture their furniture is junk. The springs shoot out of the bottom of the furniture when nobody even sets on it rips the whole dust cover underneath they do nothing about it but wanna give me $52 for the broken piece. This place sucks save your money and never shop there. We must put this fraud place out of business, the warranty is no good. You buy a four year warranty and it does nothing they don’t stand behind their furniture.

Horrific customer service

Great selection of quality furniture and found a spectacular deal on a bedroom set after striking out at several other stores. However they provided some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I opted to skip the delivery fee and pick up the furniture myself. After it was delivered, the warehouse guys discovered one piece was damaged because the box had a hole in it. No issue. However, after speaking with the manager they refused to fix their mistake. Despite having one other set of the same furniture, they refused to provide the new nightstand. Instead I had to either settle for a floor model or go with two new bachelors chests which were less desirable than the nightstands. I opted for the two *new, unboxed* bachelors chest and was relatively satisfied. After arriving home and unboxing, I discovered one of the bachelors chests also had a broken leg. They were quick to provide a new one, however they refused to deliver and rectify their fault. I had to box up the broken one, and drive across the city (50 miles round trip) to pick up the new one. They had 3 in stock, and the warehouse guys opened all 3, only one of which was in good condition. Overall relatively satisfied, but word of advice: ensure there is plenty of replacements when a piece is inevitably damaged. Extremely dissatisfied with such a large company’s customer service and willingness to fix their mistake. Especially with such a large purchase. Will not be purchasing from Bob Mills and I urge exercising caution unless you find the right circumstances.

New sofa and love seat.

They got the old couch and sofa moved to the porch to be hauled away and the new couch and love seat where I wanted them. They were quick, professional and careful.

The delivery people were amazing

The delivery people were amazing. The furniture is beautiful. I love my room the free mattress that I got with the sale is terrible. I can’t have guests sleep on it. I’m a little disappointed in that but otherwise I love my bedroom.
