Wish I could leave a zero star review. I am so frustrated with this company, I ordered an orca and dragonfly blanket. They both were suppose to have a thick white fleece on the bottom. What I got was not that. It looked cheap and with a thin tan lining. I’m not one to complain but these blankets are not cheap. I sent out multiple emails saying I wanted a full refund, on their website it does state if something is wrong they will refund your money. Nope! First it was so sorry here’s 30% off then they will refund me 30%. It’s like we’re going back-and-forth negotiating. Lastly they said 50% refund. Really bad costumer service. I know they print the blankets for each costumer but mine were wrong. You also have to pay shipping costs for returns. Somethings not right about this company. Please read reviews before purchasing!!!Don't waste your time and money!!!

I received my blanket I ordered for my grandson. After giving it to him he noticed that “ forget” was spelled “gorget”. They were so sorry, and offered me 30%.

Put in order for a throw blanket on Feb…
I put in an order for a throw blanket on Feb 19th 2021. The charge was put on my credit card on the 21st. Ten days later and still have not received the item ,not even at update on shipping. My question is why do you not wait to put a charge on my card once the item is shipped. This was suppose to be a birthday gift on March 6, but it looks like it is going to be a late gift. Never would have placed the order if I knew it was going to take this long. I should have also ready some of the other reviews more thoroughly.Edit: It is March 16 and Blanketor has not resolved any of my concerns, nor have I received the product. The tracking number originally given to me states that the item still has not been shipped. So while Blanketor is stating that they have shipped my product, they actually have not. Changed my rating to 1 star. At this point, I just want my money back. Not the blanket.

Poor quality; disappointing!
The communication was great from ordering to receiving item. The product was very disappointing!! The quality is poor and my husband says it looks used. I got it as a gift but will be using it for my dog. When you pay $50.00 you expect a much higher quality product.

I bought a blanket as a gift , had it shipped directly to a dear friend that loves elephants. I received a phone call from her thanking me and telling me how much she loved it. She stated it was not only beautiful, it was so soft and cozy. She also stated that it was a weighted blanket. It surely made her day.

Ordered for a B-day gift for friend, over 2 weeks and still no blanket.
Ordered on Feb 6th, sure it would arrive in time for my friend's birthday who is visiting from out of town. Feb 12th I was told 2 days and it would arrive, it is now the 23rd tomorrow and still without the blanket and I see my friend tomorrow and only tomorrow and cannot give her this neat gift I got her. I thought over 2 weeks in advance of ordering would be sufficient. If delivery and time of production is this long, they should clearly state that in their advertising and then I would've just done something different for her. Then they sent me a "sorry" message with a 25% discount offer for my "next order" well why would I order again? They should've gave me 25% off on THIS order since they sent me an email saying it would be here over 10 days ago, and maybe I would stay a customer.

I am still waiting for my blanket! When I tried to track it, it stated that they could not locate the home address which is ridiculous! There is no customer service phone number and when I sent two emails, the company’s computerized response was the same. DO NOT waste your money and time with this company!!

Very informative - great quality
This vendor was very responsive to all inquiries, and very informative in the progression of my order. So instead of having to wonder how things were going, the vendor took the lead to let me know. Very rare in this day and age. The blanket I ordered was of great quality and I'm very happy with it.
