Ordered a headboard

Ordered a headboard, but it did not work because it was too tall. This is their return policy: 30-day refund/replacementThis item can be returned in its original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. You may receive a partial or no refund on used, damaged or materially different returns.Bought 2 other headboards from them that work great. Trying to return first headboard in perfect condition and was told it would cost ME $59.80 to return the $89.00 headboard! Several other customers have had the same problem. Beware of this seller and this scam.

the 2 stars are for communication

the 2 stars are for communication. No update or info on when my chairs would arrive, requested several times a one hour notice and they arrived and were about to leave chairs outside the building.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH WHAT YOU GOT FROM THEM, NOTT ONLY WILL YOU PAY A 35% RESTOCKING FEE! THAT'S RIGHT 35%!!!!!!!!BUT YOU WILL BE TOLD TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING. AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE THAT YOU WILL BE TOLD TO DONATE OR THROW IT AWAY! I WAS NOT OFFERED A REPLACEMENT EITHER!!!!!

Good product *IF* you get all the parts!

Product pretty good— customer support TERRIBLE!Ordered 6 chairs. Came in two shipments. First shipment was fine. Chairs were good. Next shipment, missing hardware. Called and talked to someone. A WEEK LATER, I get an email from another company saying they are handling it and asking for all the order, shipping, and item code specifications. You know, like bizchair HAS! So still don’t have the hardware. Heading to Home Depot.

Received three damaged chairs that were…

Received three damaged chairs that were on the bottom of the stacks. We very carefully inspected the wrapped pallet and could see no damage. We had to unload every chair to find the damaged ones. Do you really expect all of your delivery drivers to wait until each pallet is completely unloaded? It took us approximately 1 1/2 hours to unload and unwrap the pallet and each individual chair before we could see the damage. This will not do. We are not satisfied. Maybe your freight company will also not be happy with this requirement. Refused to compensate our church for the damaged items. We will definitely not be buying the rest of our church furniture from bizchair.

Unbelievable but true!

I ordered a couch and two chairs for $1,900. They turned around in front of my door since I do neither have a loading ramp nor a forklift. I am a private person!
