Fast help using Datepicker plugin
I needed to add delivery date information to my order process with lead time because we make our bakery products for each order.After much research, I bought Datepicker and had some trouble getting it to register out of trial mode. I emailed support and they had it fixed within a few hours.I'm new at using SquareSpace and appreciate the fast service so I can get my Orders pages finalized. Thanks!

Lightbox Studio, Synced Blocks, and Ground Control
I have bought 3 products from Beyondspace and have been extremely happy with all of them. Synced Blocks allows me to maintain my website and Lightbox Studio has allowed me rework the Squarespace lightbox feature so the it more easily matches my intent. Ground control allows me to easily manage all these features right on Squarespace. Customer service is attentive and the plugins are pretty easy to use. I would certainly recommend these products for anyone looking for more flexibility and maintenance support than Squarespace offers

Beyond space date picker
I initially had trouble with a date picker from a different provider and couldn’t get the issue resolved, so I decided to switch to Beyond Space and I’m really glad I did.The response was incredibly fast, and the Ground Control tool has been a huge help. I also really appreciate that it’s free to download and doesn’t require any coding knowledge at all, which was the most important part for me.I ran into an issue during setup, and the owner was extremely responsive. The problem was identified and solved in under an hour. Overall, the experience was smooth, supportive, and well thought out. Highly recommend.

We recently purchased a date picker for our Floristry website from the team at Beyondspace after ours expired and dropped off, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional.Niang truly went above and beyond for us. We’re not super tech-savvy, and when I asked for help he jumped straight into the backend, installed everything for us, removed dates we didn’t work, and added our leave dates with no fuss at all.We also explained that we needed the date picker to only allow customers to book up to three months in advance — something the date picker didn’t actually support at the time. After talking through why this was important for our business, Niang went ahead and edited the code and functionality of the entire date picker to suit our needs.Honestly, we are so appreciative and grateful to have been pointed in his direction. The service has been seamless, the support outstanding, and it’s been such a breeze (and genuinely rewarding) working with Niang and the Beyondspace team. Highly recommend.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. The interactive picker was a bit confusing (didn't realize I needed to scroll to see the code update) but the email support was very fast and they went back-and-forth a few times with me to resolve the problem.

It’s a fantastic tool
It’s a fantastic tool. I recently had an issue where the date picker wasn’t visible on my website, but Niang Lee from customer support resolved it within hours. The response was incredibly fast, much quicker than I expected, and the support experience was outstanding. I’m very happy with the Beyondspace Datepicker plugin; it works perfectly with my florist shop website.

I got this plugin to use the image swap…
I got this plugin to use the image swap feature specifically but it is not working. I have messaged support multiple weeks ago and although I have had contact, the issue has not been fixed still.

Date Picker Help
Being new to Beyondspace and the Date Picker plug in, I was having trouble embedding it into my website with all the preferences I wanted. Niang Lee in the customer service department was amazing and continually assisted me until the end result was exactly what I wanted. She was so kind throughout the process too!

Lightbox Studio is fantastic! Not only does it seamlessly add all the features I was looking for in a lightbox, but the developers were super quick to help me with any questions I may have, and I'm very grateful for that kind of swift support, especially when there are deadlines to meet. I would recommend this in a heartbeat.
