My daughter's executive function coach Amanda has been an essential member of our team as we have prepared for college and continues to meet weekly to discuss and organize upcoming projects and events. We are so thankful for Beyond Booksmart and highly recommend every opportunity we get!

So far, the experience has been very inviting, and Amy has had an outstanding first impression on our son. Thankful to see the fruit of her work!
The 1st appointment we booked they coach was a complete no show. When I asked for a refund they said their policy was "No Refunds"I get that if the coach shows up, and we have a session but since they just didn't show up to the zoom meeting and said they missed it on the calendar, they don't refund that? Really disappointed.
We’ve just signed up and are looking forward to meeting our assigned coach Karl next week. So far the process has been great. Tessa reached out within a day or so of me submitting my interest form and was very good about follow up. We had a great conversation and she made herself available for further questions by text and phone which was so helpful. 🤞🏽
The coach is helping but it is a very slow process. I believe he needs to be pushed a bit more.
Honestly, I'm not really loving it and we may not return in the fall.
Mrs. Merrit has a ton of patience in every session with my son, even when he is not cooperating. I appreciate her dedication and determination.

The skills and tools my daughter is learning through coaching are invaluable. All areas of her life are improved - grades, anxiety, happiness, productivity. I wish we had done this sooner.
My child is getting actionable advice and is learning how to manage her ADHD. It’s better than therapy!
Margaret H. has been helpful in temperament and teaching certain techniques. We've not talked too much about what occurs when ADHD folks hit a wall with certain functions, but that will be helpful for me in understanding what is occuring at certain moments and how to work through them.
Great match and Maria is superb with our son. We have his second appointment next week and we are looking forward to it.
Mariam is working with my son to build on his organization of his assignments to keep him focused and on task for completing his work. She is also listening to his ideas and validated his way of organizing/building on this structure.

So far we've had an amazing & supportive experience with Beyond BookSmart. The initial phone call with Stephanie was great. She was compassionate & easy to talk to. Unfortunately, Stephanie was not included in the coach-matching process, which was completed in less than 12 hours after we submitted the form. So at first, my son was matched with a coach I knew would not be a good match for several reasons. This left me wondering if they even read Stephanie's notes from the initial call. I immediately emailed Stephanie to express our concerns with the coach they chose. She understood & took my concerns seriously. She immediately began the re-match process for us. And now my son is matched with the perfect coach for him. His coach really gets him. They had instant rapport & from the first session he's felt so supported, understood & heard. It's truly a game-changer for my son.
We are two weeks in and are learning a lot. I appreciate having a partner in this work with my son. Nancy is knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. The things that I appreciate most thus far are: • Affirming/ asking about him/ his interests• Emphasis in questionning goes beyond academics to family/ non-academic/ going on campus• Distinguishing between perfection vs. awareness• Reflecting on when he is having problems• A chance for me to listen in and learn
We had an incompetent EF coach. I called and spoke to a team member who seemed very receptive. I was told that we would be contacted for a rematch. We were never contacted.
