Better Baseball 5 stars
Better Baseball deserves way more than five stars.UPS delivered my baseball glove to the wrong address and it was destroyed — something that was completely out of Better Baseball’s control. Despite that, they immediately stepped up and sent me a replacement and even made sure it would arrive before Christmas.That level of integrity and customer service is rare these days. They didn’t have to do that, but they chose to anyway, and it meant a lot to our family. I’m incredibly grateful and will absolutely be a lifelong Better Baseball customer. Highly, highly recommend.
