I explained to Joel Austin my previous bad experiences and frustration from other car shipping companies and my expectations. He proved he was legit provided his credentials and got my vehicle delivered in a timely manner. I will be doing business with him again.

I wanted to ship my car from Charlotte to Atlanta, and I had many shippers quote me very low prices and then quote another several hundred $$ more based on the discretion of the driver.. Joel was very accommodating and efficient with getting my truck shipped from Arizona to Michigan. We worked through the move for a couple months as dates changed etc. but he came through and i am appreciative! Definitely work with Joel!
Joel Austin did a good job on finding a carrier with reasonable costs, his communications and response time is great for the most part, he puts an effort on making the experience as good as possible, the carrier is not always cooperating
When you sign the contract the going to increase the price then tell you that the driver requested more i had no option I had already paid
After several questions and conversations regarding price and service, I received a price and assurance in writing that it was ALL INCLUSIVE. This included pick up, drop off, insurance and tolls. Once I agreed to book the transport of my car, and paid the deposit, then the price DOUBLED. I was told then that the price we had agreed on was only a quote, an estimate. Nowhere before was this stated. I was told all along and in writing the price was all inclusive... until after the deposit was paid. When I said I wanted to cancel the service and get a refund of my deposit, I was harassed the entire day with text messages and phone calls trying to pressure me to agree to the new price. I had no confidence in this company and their practices of bait and switch, i worried that once they had possession of my car the price could change again for delivery, regardless of what was put in writing and agreed upon. This company is nothing but bait and switch. Their gold star rating is fraud. Don't find out the hard way like I did.
3rd party driver was punctual on pick up and delivery. Driver kept us up to date with delivery times. Joel Austin was thorough with providing contact names and numbers.

Mike Ross was super helpful, transparent, and attentive throughout the process. He followed up all of my questions with care. I was very hesitant prior to this process, but I would definitely recommend. No hiccups or surprises. Got my car how expected.
Original quote $499 from DC to Utah, later on I found them struggling to find an actual transporter company, delayed 5 days, till found a mover, came back to change the cost to $1,100. Most likely put a customer in the corner, and take advantage. I had really bad experience wasting effort by calling and waiting for the pick up... I don't recommend this firm.
Mr car was shipped on time during the holidays, and was delivered on time as well safe and sound. Joel Austin helped me find a driver very quickly and he was very helpful and always returned my calls and emails. I highly recommend him and I will contact best car shopping again and ask for Joel to help me shim my car again.
My vehicle was effectively held for an additional $100 at the time of delivery.There was a written agreement to ship the car for $775, and via text messages I agreed to a total cost of $850.I had already paid $100 by credit card and was informed by text that this amount would be refunded. Based on that, I asked my bank to process a refund (dispute).However, at the time of delivery, they demanded that same $100 again on top of the agreed $850. They also threatened to ship my car to Florida instead of New Orleans and charge an additional $50 per day if I did not pay and made me sign new agreement. Beware of this company and look elsewhere to avoid unnecessary stress when shipping your vehicle.
