I love this brand and their products! I haven't been unhappy with anything I've purchased from them, from the turmeric cleanser to the porcelain cream to the underarm toner (which I had my doubts about at first). Some of the items are a bit pricey, but I think that just comes with clean, organic, effective skincare. I'm a big fan and a forever customer. ♥
Over than 6 days im waiting for just shipping,customer service is the worst.Im ordered in July 10 and today is July 16 and its still shows Unfulfilled.
Terrible customer service!!! My order was canceled, but the money was not returned to the card. I wrote about it several times, but no one answered me. Now I don't know where to write or who to contact. I think this site is a scam. There is no phone number to call and there is no reply via mail. I recommend that new customers order only one item and check whether the order will be accepted and delivered.
I tried the underarm toner. I wanted to love this so badly! The company advised me to use 10-12 sprays and wipe away the liquid. It gave me a horrible odor I didn’t have prior. I have been using natural deodorant for several years, was hoping to have a travel option or something to extend my deodorant. This isn’t it. The company only offers store credit. They also hide reviews on their site and social media. I posted a review about my experience and my review was never approved. I’ve commented on social medial posts sharing my experience and it’s hidden from the public. Hands down worst purchase and company of 2023 for me.
