Warning warning warning DO NOT buy from this seller on Amazon or any other platform they’re a scam the perfume sent was fake and when I returned it they did not refund or even have the decency to reply to my concerns. Avoid buying from them at all costs

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!I have been chasing my refund since 29/05/2024. They gave me a false FedEx number, so I have reported them to FedEx, the ACCC and to the police for theft.I have emailed them several times and have not received a reply.I am quite upset as this was a voucher that my daughter gave me for my birthday and now the money has gone!!!The whole thing is a SCAM.I am warning you not to buy from these thieves!!!
They lie on their page that tax are included. When you buy from this company, you pay taxes in the cart. Than you have to pay it again to the delivery company. Avoid buying cosmetics from these scammers.
If you think of ordering of this website? DON’T!! Save yourself from disappointment. I ordered on the 8th of August and received a partial order on the 10th. I have been going back and forth with this company for 4 weeks now. Claimed to have opened an investigation with Royal mail which was a lie and came with the conclusion that I should contact my bank and not them. Very professional and reassuring. Avoid them at all costs!!! I contacted Royal Mail myself after the constant excuses and nothing!! No investigation!! I wished I looked them up on Trust Pilot first.
Ordered what was purportedly Wolford with all the Wolford marketing material and when received while outer box said Wolford they were not inside actual Wolford product. We have bought same from actual store for years so we know what we are buying so please be careful. Wish I saw other Trustpilot reviews before I ordered.

I ordered a Matis set of cream and serum. It arrived within 4 days of the order and included a free matis large sample. Fabulous!
Ordered two weeks ago. Still no sign of item. Company doesn’t seem to care. Product cost £45. Was a treat from some birthday money. Very disappointed
Ordered for the first time fromThe website and I don’t even know if it’s a genuine product as it’s not the same one I used from elsewhere. Only bought here because it was cheaper, they won’t refund it and I’m upset that I can’t use the product next time, I’m sticking to the trusted website even paying a bit more.
Ordered a couple of Guerlain items from Beauty Fresh as the prices were lower compared to other websites, I was a little worried as have never stopped on this website before. Items were delivered promptly (took less than 2 days) and I am very impressed. Will definitely shop here again. EXCELLENT am a happy customer and recommend this website for all your high end beauty items.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company, as the BeautyFresh customer service is brilliant! I ordered 2 x 59ml tubes of Nuface gel primer from them, at the amazingly good price of £12.99 each, they even sent me 2 free samples with my order plus free shipping - and what's better it arrived the very next day!
