Rude and aggressive
I've been dealing with them for over a year. They started out great then slowly went down hill from there. They nickle and dime you from the start! They always have something new that they need money for. They are not upfront about the whole process. I have paid $4,200 dollars for the marketing package and have yet to see any results for my money! They are also very rude and aggressive when you say no to giving them more money. If you are a serious author find a serious publishing company!

⚠️ WARNING: DO NOT TRUST AUTHOR SUCCESS PUBLISHING ⚠️I contracted with Author Success Publishing in March 2025 to assist with publishing my novel, We Were NEVER Alone, with a promised release date of June 1, 2025. The agreement included:Professional proofreading & editingCustom interior formatting for eBook & print editionsProper front matter & chapter formattingFinal file preparation for printPublishing & distribution on Amazon Kindle, Barnes & Noble, and Baker & TaylorHere is what actually happened:By June 1st (the promised release date), not even the editing was completed.Proofreading & editing were only finished at the end of June—already a month late.All other promised services were either never completed or done in a sloppy, amateurish way.Instead of delivering, they began aggressively upselling me unrealistic, expensive “marketing packages” costing thousands of dollars. When I refused, the quality and speed of their work collapsed even further.July and August were filled with more broken promises. I eventually had to teach myself formatting and personally publish my paperback and hardcover editions on Amazon.To this day:My book is still not available on Barnes & Noble or Baker & Taylor as they promised.I recently discovered they listed my book on Lulu.com without my knowledge or permission, and they have refused to provide me the login credentials. This means I have no idea who is receiving the money from sales of my book on that site—certainly not me.In my opinion and based on my direct experience, this company is not a legitimate publishing partner. At best, they are predatory hustlers; at worst, outright con artists who take your money and fail to deliver.🚨 BEWARE: Do not give Author Success Publishing your money. You may never see the services you were promised—or your rightful earnings. 🚨

The website was exactly as I wanted
The website was exactly as I wanted. The darkened room theme with a bookshelf really added to the overall aesthetics and ambiance of the website. Plus, the website graphics, optimization, and seamless functioning allowed me to breathe in tranquility amid the fact I invested in the right place.

It's your decision - proceed with caution
I'm updating and revising my experience with Author Success Publishing. I have been with them since January 2025. I have paid for services that exceed $30,000. Every month something would come up that they needed and it was never cheap. The last straw was charging $8,500. for an LLC for international distribution. I didn't take it. And that's where we leave it today. Please beware of this company as they will promise you wonderful results, but they never deliver.

Run \ nothing but scammers and thieves
Run, biggest scanners out there. Their whole book distribution system is organized fraud, after $20,000 invested they tried for more money and then disappeared no return calls emails etc. Turned over to Wire fraud and internet crimes
