I got a sample pack from Modern Producers off them but wasted several GB trying to download it without success. I looked and found other reviewers saying Modern Producers steal off of producers and don't pay out. I don't want anything to do with people like this. The website doesn't function either.
Update 2/19/2026: They are in process of some updates to servers. thank you. back up to 5 stars. thanks for quick responses. Update 2/18/2026: I was able to search the privacy and policy document and find an email to contact them but i had to hunt it down. Again, put the support email on your main page. ADP did reach back out with the information I needed and very quickly. I was able to register on pulse downloader and that took care of my issue. Only thing that still needs to be updated is the website and the contact us form. Fix that and I will put you back on my list of 5 star companies. Oh and thank you for the quick response and follow-up. Original 2/17/2026: i would say it went from 5 stars to 1 since every time i try to contact them via their online form it tells me there is a server error and i am unable to download my vstbuzz libraries that i purchased. now they merged with vstbuzz and i cant get too my libraries and download or contact them. so currently it is like i threw a lot of money into a fire and watched it burn. maybe they will fix the server or put an email address that someone can respond too and follow up on customer issues. it is just really disappointing. i have purchased a lot over the years and now cant access my libraries. sad state of affairs i would look elsewhere until the start caring about their customers or go ahead and buy. hope you aren't burning your cash like mine is right now. fix your servers please or out a contact address on your website that you respond too. do the right thing for your customers.
Audio Plugin Deals refuses a refund for a product that only works on Kontakt, when it is not clearly specified. The case has already occurred with other sellers and this did not pose any problem. As the only answer: "you just have to read the general conditions of sale". Elegant!Goodbye Audio Plugin Deal.
Researching a Kontakt libarary, I was taken by their YouTube video.Following the link to their "deal" - they dont even offer it!!!KEEP OLD VIDEOS UP TO DATE!!!!!
This plug in worked seamlessly with Reaper, and was quite intuitive with a little poking around. But I found two serious drawbacks:1. Adding in this Fx rendered another Fx, ReaVerb inoperable. It blocked it somehow. I found no solution to add reverb to the AI voice. 2. Out of the 23 voices, I couldn’t find one that defaulted to a soprano range, and when I transposed it +12, it took on somewhat of a chipmunk sound which only happens when you artificially increase a voice frequency. Case in point, I sang the outro to the Monkees I’m a Believer one octave down and had to use the manual transpose to +12. Micky Dolenz sang that effortlessly, so it shouldn’t have been that hard. This is a dealbreaker for me.

Something weird happened when I made a purchase and I didn't get a discount that I was supposed to get. I simply emailed them and they responded quickly and gave me store credit in the amount of the discount I was supposed have gotten. Since I purchase there all the time, this is completely satisfactory. Thanks!
I had some initial problems registering the product I bought, but luckily the manufacturer was able to register it in the end. The discount was good, so in the end it made the trouble worthwile, but it took a few days to get response from the manufacturer (I suspect they had a few similar cases in the queue considering it was a season sale) in which time I was already questioning my whole purchase, and thus I cannot give this experience a full rating.Audio Plugin Deals support responded quickly and offered me the correct advice to approach manufacturer, but they could've given a heads up that there have been similar issues, so it might take some time to get a response. This small action could have improved their rating and left me out of doubt and unease for those next couple of days.Just as a heads up to others in similar situation, that this site is trustworthy and they sell legit products, but you may face some registration issues with some of their products. Luckily you get a proof of purchase in PDF form, so look it up from your account and approach the manufacturer.
I bought a couple of times from this company and was satisfied every time.And also if i needed some support I immediately got it. i think they have the fasted support of the world!
I have been a customer of Audio Plugin Deals since before the pandemic and have amassed a huge library of sounds and VSTs. Most purchases go smoothly by simply following the instructions sent with my purchase confirmation. Very rarely, 0.1% of the time, things go wrong and this is where APDs customer support really shines. Their responses are always prompt, courteous, and professional. They have typically resolved my issue within a few minutes (or at the latest by the next morning) of me hitting send on my email. I would highly recommend them to anyone musician or producer looking for high quality name brand VSTs and samples at a discount. Keep up the great work guys...

I recently ordered one of their plugins that they had in their "Deals" section. Later, I found out that I already purchased that same plugin from them some time ago. I send them an email politely asking them to give me a full refund. In my email, I included screenshots of the two order confirmations that I received via email. However, in response, they told me this."Unfortunately, all purchases are final on the APD website, so your order cannot be refunded."I honestly have no idea what Audio Plugin Deals was thinking. I accidentally ordered the same plugin from them twice and they refused to refund me because "all purchases are final". What's wrong with refunding me for making a simple mistake? It wasn't my fault. Everybody makes mistakes. I believe that Audio Plugin Deals should revise their terms and conditions to add exceptions to their "all purchases are final" rule. I consider this to be bad business practice and this would make people believe that Audio Plugin Deals cares more about making money than satisfying their customers. I don't care if all purchases are final. I want my money back and I believe that I deserve to have my money back.

I was having so many problems each month when I tried to take advantage of the sale items and I couldn't buy them.I had to change my password or my e-mail address. I got so frustrated with them when I ordered some new plugins and the order wouldn't go through. I said to them take me off the mailing list because no matter what I would try to buy the order wouldn't go through and when I finally got some help the sale was over and I couldn't buy them at the sale price. When I tried again to buy something I can't put anything into my cart/Either my name or password is wrong. So what does one do now?
I mistakenly purchased a plugin that had been sitting in my cart for some time and didn't realise it at the time of checkout. I've sent several emails, including directly to their support email address, to request a refund, but after a few days, I'm still waiting for a response. We're talking about a few hundred dollars, and I'm concerned I won't be able to get my money back if customer service doesn't address the issue. I'm seriously disappointed with the service and would like to be contacted as soon as possible.
I ordered the Kirk Hunter String Motion Engine but, when I went to their webpage, they were out of stock. Yet you can still buy it on their shop page but audio plugin deals code is rejected. I contacted both audio plugin deals support as well as kirk hunter studio support and they both took care of it. I have bought a lot of plugins from audio plugin deals and the experience has been excellent!

I bought there once for a sample pack. Great deals, great stuff, would buy again! BUT! I will not be able to give it more than 3 stars as it is right now. The website my guy.. It's slow.. WAY TO SLOW! The servers were definetly cheaped on. You try to navigate the deals and suddenly BOOM! No more website and nothing loads. This is absolutely infuriating. I cannot shop.I swear, they probably lost a bunch of orders and customers due to that, people must've went to another website cause of how nothing loads!! Also, I've noticed a lot of times where the website gives up and show me an error so that I have to close tab and lose the stuff I was looking after.And no, it's not my internet or my computer. Everything is fast. I have high speed internet and a powerful computer.
