Incredibly helpful customer service! Had a tight turnaround and the AOM team went above and beyond. Our zip tower was easy to assemble, well crafted, and got us so many compliments at the booth! Highly recommend.
Had a horrible experience. Ordered a banner, spent many hours designing it, had a timeline to get it done for a show and they assured us they would start production on it over the weekend.We paid for it - the website had problems and they had to fix the website to even take my money - I tried to pay over the phone or something else while they fixed it.The design site kept glitching and we had problems with that.Finally got everything to them on time to get into production.Then didn't hear back, couldn't get anyone on the phone and when I finally did, they said we didn't pay. They found out another "glitch" in their system and now it was days later and they never started on my banner, so I don't have a banner for the show I am putting on.Would not recommend.

The product looks beautiful! But it would have been nice to have some sort of instructions on how to put it together. We figured it out, but some of the stickers were missing, so assembly got tricky ;)
The custom sizing was perfect for my venue! It turned out even better than I expected and looks amazing, it completely elevated the setup.
