For a new author it is extremely hard to use their book cover functions unless you use the stock images they have. Endless resizing because they don't have the tools accessible to resize without scouring the web. Tools that should be available for self publishing. No support at all.
The editor was professional and thorough, offering valuable feedback on clarity, pacing, and character development. The suggestions were helpful, and I appreciated the quick turnaround time. However, I felt some area, particularly in structure, could have been explored more deeply. While the edits improved the overall manuscript, I was expecting more in depth analysis in certain aspects of the story.
