Good interaction
Good interaction. I got my BitAxe back up and running. However, it didn't need a new power supply and if one detail of the only firmware flash had be pointed out it would have made it easy to clear the power fault error. So you know, when this happens you must do a flash that does NOT save settings. The Bitaxe will need to be wiped and restarted as new.

What I ordered arrived and works fine.
Was a delay from the weather then once the weather cleared a couple days later then they sent me the KYC link adding another day delay after I paid for next day delivery. Why not send the KYC link while waiting on the weather delay???.

Terrible Customer Service/Bitaxe broke after 9 months - no warranty/no fix
0 star – failed in 9 months, no meaningful support.I purchased a Bitaxe from Altair Technology. It ran hot early on (manageable with monitoring), but after about 9 months it stopped working. I contacted support and worked through troubleshooting steps, but nothing fixed it. They told me to ship it back for repair, which I did at my expense.After they received it, they told me the unit won’t even power on and they cannot repair it. No warranty coverage, no replacement, no credit. The outcome was essentially: “we can’t fix it,” and I’m out the product and the money.I’m not upset that electronics fail, that happens. I’m upset that when it failed, there was no meaningful support or resolution. If there’s no warranty, that should be made very clear at checkout, because the practical takeaway here is you may be buying a ~$200 device that can become a paperweight in under a year, plus you’re paying shipping to find out it’s unrepairable.
