Great Provider of Insurance for Law Firm Practice
After utilizing three other providers for my law firm, I have found that ALPS Insurance provides for a great combination of client service, competitive rates, and coverage options. The best aspect is their customer service as they are responsive and helpful with feedback on coverage questions. Their renewal process is also very streamlined, easy to navigate and they provide financing for a low fee compared to other providers I have utilized.

Not the easiest to work with when changing or adding attorneys. Using email to communicated is challenging. You should speak directly with clients and walk then thru the process or do more on your end to get things done for clients.
