I accidentally signed up to subscribe…
I accidentally signed up to subscribe and wanted to change that; I was ready for a no-refund fight. Just the opposite! Customer service was exceptional, plus I learned I wasn’t taking the chocolate as directed. I did today and feel amazing. Hands down, the BEST customer service ever! I will reorder for sure now.

I had a little issue with my subscription and alice customer service was SO NICE and helpful. Thanks for caring about us! I really enjoy the functional mushroom option to manage my sleep and calm. The chocolates are a divine treat. I am still figuring out how to incorporate them into my daily rituals but so far, so good. Thank you for the great product

Great Product, Stellar Customer Service
Holidays are stressful when managing a successful online business yet when I ordered the wrong product and wanted to exchange it braced myself for no response. I received a delightful email on New Year's eve that communicated giving their employees a much needed break but they would answer soon. I received a response New Year's Day after I let them know the misordering was my fault and I had too much of Zen-x and (obviously) needed Brainstorm! No hassle, no restock charge, that evenings email was "your order is on its way! I've tried the competition and I can honestly say Alice mushrooms are the most effective.

Mellow effect and help with my evening restlessness
Love the Nightcap ones as they are very mild and gradually mellow me enough that I can relax and fall asleep. Many evenings I am affected by restlessness and these help.

Waste of money

From the start your ads are awesome
From the start your ads are awesome. Fresh, clean, new. Your site is easy to navigate, within seconds of arriving you know where to find what, how to get in touch with someone if need be and how to purchase. Lots of choices for whatever you require your mushrooms to do for you, any need is met. The customer service is where they had me, I emailed in, so amped that I finally decided to order and was met with an actual person emailing me back. 🍄🍄Obviously mushrooms are for everyone, how you decide to consume them is your choice. Alice mushrooms are for you!!
