Ordered Jan 19th. Have not received items ordered. Postal services detected a problem with the packaging. Still waiting it's been nearly 1 monthMy wife loves the albanese sour gummies

Albanese is a great company! They have delicious, fresh products, and wonderful customer service. The chocolate covered gummy bears are my favorite and I love to share them as part of a gift for friends.
Shipping kinda slow compared to the market, everything arrived in solid shape it just took a while. Order was accurate. A little disappointed the candy itself wasn't "fresher". I had regular gummy bears from Walmart that were more supple and soft and had great taste. The ones I just ordered had great taste but were a little harder.

The worse costumer service I have ever experienced, I placed a large order for a school event. The order was supposed to arrive in 3-4 days and took 2 weeks, I called the company and they were not helpful at all. They did not wanted to take any accountability for the order being so late. The order arrived after my event and when I called to let them know I was going to return the lady was really rude and said I had to pay to ship the order back to them and suggested just to keep it for any future parties. Very disappointed and would never order from them again.

Product tastes are excellent, but the size of the haystacks, although delicious, are just twice the size as what would be ideal. Otherwise, I would have issued a 5 Star rating.
Did not receive the free sample that was promised. I was so looking forward to it since what I ordered was for grandkids Valentine gift bags. ☹️
