I ordered a Y196 projection lamp which lasted less than two hours. Numerous emails and countless minutes on hold to eventually leave messages that are never answered. If you buy from this company, you will be throwing your money away. These other glowing reviews here are obviously written by their personnel or by paid respondents!

Brought a lamp from Advanced lamps and when it got here the television still seemed to not be working. I called the returns department at advanced lamps customer service and they walked me through the troubleshooting steps. The representative waited patiently as I went through each step. Finally after ten minutes the television was working perfectly. Awesome job advanced lamps.

If I had to compare this to previous online purchases this was definitely one of the easiest. The customer service representative was courteous and professional and knowledgeable. The price was the lowest price I found on the web, plus they offered economic shipping and best of all no tax. We placed our order online and it was very easy. We received our order confirmation just a few minutes after we placed the order. The very next day we received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so track our order along the way. Our order arrived in a few days and the replacement bulb worked perfectly. When it delivered in was in perfect shape. The picture on the television looks great, like new. Needless to say it was a pleasantly smooth transaction, and I would recommend Advanced Lamps to anyone looking to get a great product at a great price and fast.
