Great service at an affordable price
Surprisingly, quick and easy and very affordable. They have their service down to a fine art and fully automated. This was my first time to use them and I will absolutely use them again in the future. I highly recommend. I’m an attorney in Oklahoma City.

Poor communication
Poor communication. Only one attempt to serve after 3 weeks. Then refused to try again or give me a refund. Would not recommend.

I am very disappointed with my experience with ABC Legal.
I placed four service orders with them, including two orders for the same address. Instead of charging me for two services, they charged me separately for all four. Two of those attempts were unsuccessful because the individuals no longer lived at that address. Despite this, no meaningful additional effort was made to locate or serve them.When I requested a refund for the undelivered services, I was informed that refunds were not available.In another case, the suite number was incorrect within the same building. Even though it was the same location, I was charged again to attempt service at the correct suite number.Their pricing is very high, especially considering that unsuccessful and undelivered attempts are not refunded. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations, and the lack of flexibility and customer support was disappointing.Based on my experience, I would not recommend ABC Legal.

Nightmare company !!
Nightmare company !!! I missed court because they failed to serve, i have court again in 5 days and still don’t have proof of service. I called Travis who is the team lead who said will take care of it and never did. When i call the representatives give me false info and refuse to do anything saying you have to wait. I called them 20 times explaining the issue. Paid 750 dollars so far. This is the worst business ever !!! They are some uneducated people behind the phone that can not read or follow directions.
