I'm very pleased with whole foods market

I'm a Amazon prime member who shops whole foods delivery. I'm very pleased with whole foods, I'm frankly shocked by the bad reviews here that make it seem like they are reviewing Walmart. I'm a Walmart refugee.

All around unprofessional

I see the reviews for the products are bad, but my complaint is employment. I was called for a job interview. I drove 35 minutes to go down. They confirmed the interview an hour before and then when I got there, they dismissed me immediately and said they found someone. No phone calls. No communication to let me know just straight out sent me right home. So unprofessional, it must be terrible working for them.

Extreme surveillance collaborators very disturbing

To Manager Alex who never Responded I went to Wholefoods Kensington and this female security keeps stalking me around the store targeting me and NOBODY ELSE I found that intrusive and annoying and RUDE I made a complaint to the store manager and he was dismissive and wouldn’t listen talking over me and being unreasonable about my distress and justifying both the female and white security guard who started to alliance with the female security guard. The end times are really here People are wax cold heartless unthankful, lovers of themselves lovers of pleasure etc lists go on. l was monitored racial profiled by an aka brown female and white male security joined the created drama bring attention to their already Dull jobs standing around doing nothing and not actually catching shoplifters guard/s who works for this whomever is trickling down from Top these tactics who has been given to much leverages of authority imho (apparently that is his/ her unsure if that person is M or F is TRAINED ) ( I don’t believe is a security guard’s job to make customers uncomfortable with anxiety and fear stress of being watched, constantly scrutinised at every turn at every instance interaction with others good or bad is not their business to be a nanny state to grown adults and Specific is a behaviour masked as harassment) to target 🎯 especially towards certain ethnic majorities Brown people who aren’t a minority that’s a BIG fat LIE , I’m regular customer and this behaviour is unacceptable and trespassing bordering on my legal basic human rights.

Whole Foods Disservice

Whether it's a shortage of drivers or whatever it is, WF suddenly is pickup only in some regions. Another vital delivery service leaving users adrift and angry. Even non-Prime customers who would be levied a fat delivery charge are twisting in the wind as of this writing. It's no way to run a railroad or a supermarket. As with so many large merchants, reaching customer service is a fool's errand.

My husband had serious stomach…

My husband had serious stomach complaint , was seen by a holistic practitioner and recommended to purchase physylium husk powder , the assistant advised him that this was no good for what he wanted it for as it only treated constipation , where do they find these people? ,They are danger to the general public , one should only give advice if one is qualified and insured as a practitioner.

Our delivery order was only partially…

Our delivery order was only partially delivered. Tried calling the store and was told it wasn't their fault and gave me a "Amazon Comfort" number. There a series of people lied about the order being delayed, the store didn't have the stock (fruit, bakery, frozen goods???) etc., etc. Being disabled I could not go to the store. I told them they lost a customer, wrote an email to the C.E.O. of WF, which has yet to be acknowledged. Just all around nightmare. I tell everyone I am able and am a shiny new customer at another store. The final insult... it will be 7 to 10 days to get my refund. WF working the float.

The Whole Foods on Broad street in New…

The Whole Foods on Broad street in New Orleans is the absolute worst WF I have shopped in. From the moment I walked in, it did not "feel" like a WF. The shelves nor the refrigerated foods section were fully stocked. Frankly, some of the shelves in both sections were empty. In addition, the salad bar person started assembly at 11:10 and the hot bar did not start until 11:15...and the food was not even luke warm. Some people take their lunch break at 11! The person who brought out the "hot" food walked away before he finished and did not even put the serving utensils out. I heard him tell another WF employee who actually put out the serving utensils for the hot bar, "I am not Jesus and this is not the day to be f...ing with him".

Donna attempted to see a movie at the Living Room theater but Hayden who works at Whole Foods said I would have to pay a large amount of money to see the film. I wanted to buy pillow spray and park for free!

Ready meal (beef and potato)

Ready meal, braised beef in ale and confit potato. Sounds tasty. There were just three small cubes of beef, less than 1% I'd say. The beef had nasty bits of chewy gristle. The potatoes were undercooked. I think prison food is better but luckily my cat found it acceptable. If this is a typical example then Whole Foods Market should be bankrupt by 2027.

Stop Hiring 20-Something Thugs

I don't shop at Whole Foods often. I get what I need from Sprouts. The elder cashiers at WF are considerate and responsive. The younger ones are malicious and rude. Classless. They treat older customers as if they're deserving only of harassment and gaslighting. These young cashiers are provocative, which means that Whole Foods hires street thugs. I can be part of that world. But they're protected because the managers are the same age, young idiots who use diffusion of responsibility that allows harmful, immoral, or illegal actions to be accomplished by a group. So each employee can claim "I know nothing" or "I don't know what you're talking about" or give some excuse to cover for other employees. This allows Whole Foods employees to be embolden to commit malignant acts against paying customers. Imagine having that much contempt for paying customers. Are they in the food business or are they in Maoist humiliation business? This is not by accident. It's an ethical policy endorsed by Whole Foods. Why would anyone shop here?

I was unable to shop as the St Paul…

I was unable to shop as the St Paul Snelling Ave store had a delivery truck parked in front of the store ( parking area) and no cars could park to shop or exit. Cars were driving in a weird way to exit as the EXIT WAS BLOCKED.I got out of my car to ask a person I saw to be a manager ( wearing what looked like a crocheted blanket) to please have the driver move. She gave one of those "I just work here" responses of " I told the shift lead" but Not I found the driver or called the police to have the vehicle towed. This truck was causing at least 10 cars to back out and NOT SHOP as there was no ability to park and her response was "I told the shift lead"? WF you have got to do better. This was EPIC FAIL territory.

Would select 0 stars if I could

Would select 0 stars if I could - Customer Service absolutely appalling. Bought a gift card online without realising it can only be used in store and asked for a refund almost straight away and within cooling off period and was completely dismissed. Maybe they should ensure that their customer services team understand UK law instead of getting their team in Texas to deal who just fob you off.

Praise for Redwood City WF.

WF at Redwood City CA has the most wonderful work force, intelligent, always willing to help by checking in back if product not on shelf, careful at check out ,offering to help to car. As a customer that spends over $500 on weekly basis for food with other high end market options, I regularly return to Redwood City because of quality of employees.

unlikely to return as a customer, at least not to this branch

Purchased a bag of very expensive snacks in London Piccadilli branch, took it all the way home to opposite side of London just to bite into something that tasted absolutely vile. I immediately checked the expiration date and turns out it was more than a month past its expiry date. I didn’t even grab a receipt (for environmental reasons, this what their staff defaults to unless you explicitly ask for one, or at least it was so in my case) so I couldn’t return it to store regardless of it being on the opposite side of the city and they have ignored my email too. It’s been 7 months since I complained (May 2nd) and they didn’t even acknowledge the complaint since then (Dec 31). While I appreciate that I should have checked the expiry date before buying, I still think it’s unacceptable to neglect the stock this significantly and especially in a premium price store and then ignore the customer afterwards. It literally could have made me and many other customers ill. You think they would at least apologise and take note to go and remove all those rotten snacks off the shelf!

The staff at the front where the you…

The staff at the front where the you pay, seemed disturbed if you ask for assistance. They stand holding up the wall, and talking, instead of helping the patrons. There was only one tall guy who was very nice & helpful, which I appreciated. If you are going to have people working the front, they should be there to assist.

I am still deeply upset about purchasing food containing genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and having them for my children. It is perplexing that this ingredient was included in the muffins. Consequently, I will cease purchasing from that establishment.

Why ultra processed ingredients???

Trying to switch to products with no ultra processed ingredients. I thought I would have look at whole foods, but many of Their items are full of ultra processing emulsifiers like soy lecithin, guar gum, and xantham gum. Why the high prices when you sell the same crap as every other store? Even organic products often have these ingredients. Not organic!
