I have done a extensive 2 week course then set my test and failed badly and paid around a 1000 pound for the privilege look else's where don't waste money people.

I used this service for nearly 3 months…

I used this service for nearly 3 months before giving up on them. I had over 200 "leads". Between several calls from different numbers at different times, leaving VM, text, AND email. I talked to 2 people, yes only 2. NONE of the others was I able to even communicate with. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY!!! I wasted over $2500.

Purchased a car in January

Purchased a car in January. Had to replace the coolant twice and called the VROOM number. They told me take it to a Licensed Repair Facility. I did that. Car needed a new radiator. VROOM refused to pay for it even though the car was still under warranty.

The detailed information provided about each vehicle, especially the Tesla Model 3, was comprehensive and accurate. The financing process was straightforward, and the virtual consultation was informative. The Tesla Model 3 was delivered on time, and its condition was immaculate, exactly as described online. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend Vroom for anyone considering buying a Tesla or any other vehicle.

Could’ve been better

For starters, I want to recognize my DSA Natosha Green! Please forgive me if I spelled your incorrectly. Although I am giving a 4 star rating to the company overall, she is a 5 star member of their team. I ran into many hiccups during my deal and Natosha single-handedly saved the deal for me! I was prepared to leave a 1 star review and divulge every single detail that made my experience less than enjoyable. She came along and not only explained what was going on and what caused the delays, she apologized and showed genuine concern. Her altruistic behavior made all the difference for me. And because she knew I was frustrated with the extended timeline, she never missed an opportunity to keep me apprise on where we were in the process. Because of her ALONE I would purchase from Vroom again. Small gestures really can go a long way. I’ve had my vehicle for 30 days now and aside from issues I am facing with purchasing the extended warranty, things have gone fairly well. Thank you Ms. Green for turning my experience around!!

This is my third vehicle with Vroom. They are fair and there is no negotiation. You see what you get and you get a fair price for your trade-in. Sometimes there is a little wait, it's not like going to a dealer and driving away with a car, but the wait is to be expected.

I signed the paperwork on November 21st and the vehicle was delivered on December 18th. I was initially nervous about the waiting for delivery, but throughout that time, my representative Paula J. was in constant communication, responding quickly to my questions about delivery timetables. The description of the vehicle on VROOM's website was very accurate, with nothing overlooked or unreported. The license plates were delivered in less than a month after the vehicle, well within the time period given. Overall, my experience was great, and I will be looking to VROOM for future vehicle purchases.

I had a really great experience. I shopped VERY carefully to find the vehicle i wanted, and when i started up a purchase query, i was taken from autotrader to vroom. As a longtime software guy i was intrigued by the possibility of finding and buying a vehicle totally online. The purchase process with vroom was simple and straightforward. They let me know that delay providing documents would delay delivery so i was prompt and so were they. I could bring my own finance but i went through theirs (Capital One) so that I could do it all online that day. I’m weird that way.I had a personal guide from vroom for the process and i asked questions several times. My guy got off work at 3 PM so i made sure to always ask questions by 2 PM and he ALWAYS answered the same day.Bottom line is in three weeks they shipped the car across the country, picked up my trade from my house and dropped off my new car in my driveway, during the christmas season. My contact followed up with me every step and we received papers and plates in the mail within 2 weeks. This could not have gone better.

Very easy and practical way to buy my car, from the 1st contact until the end they wore ready and willing to make everything fast and simple, the car is an a great shape, just like in the pictures. I’ll definitely go back to Vroom for my next car.

I passionately hate vroom

I passionately hate vroom. First of all, the warranty is fairly short. I had an issue come up before my warranty even expired and they refused to pay for it. In the short time that I have had this car, coolant liquid and gas has leaked into the engine causing my engine to overheat and hazardous driving conditions, my tires have torn (they sold the car with extremely damage, worn out tires), and my window regulator has failed causing my passenger side window to fall into the door. Unfortunately, prior to having this car I had little knowledge on cars and couldn’t have seen this coming. They basically sold me a car for 15,000 that was falling apart. don’t buy from them. Also, after signing your paperwork, expect to wait at least a month to even get your car.

The car was at perfect condition and the price very good. The whole process was smooth. They even matched the loan rate that my credit union was giving me, which simplified the paperwork. Way better experience than going to a dealership.

I see many poor reviews written on here and I can only assume I am an exception. I received my vehicle and it is everything I read on line. My sales agent was very knowledgeable, and my customer service rep is as well.People this is no different than shopping Amazon. Do your homework.

Communication is weak from the sales team

Communication was the most difficult part of the process with this company as well as the customer service representatives ability to answer questions and complete tasks in a timely manner. Took way too long to complete tasks on their side with little to no communication and with continued inconsistent communication.The shipping aspect went smoothly and the 3rd part delivery was great. Car was exactly as expected the only issue was fhey stripped out the screws they used to put the temp tag on and I am going to have to go have someone remove them and dedicated rep just said they’d pass the feedback on no response when asked how they’re going to compensate me for having to pay someone to remove these screws.

Vroom Came through

I received my Camry December 23rd of 2023. The process smooth and staff to me was very helpful. Other than the shaky communication everything was very easy and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely recommend Vroom but at the same time I would suggest that they read the reviews.

I would give a zero if I could!! Had everything all set contract sighned, down payment payed. Trade in all done. Then I have reached out numerous times and nothing back then all of a sudden they canceled the whole thing without an explanation!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Go to an actual dealership!!!
