I think everyone should research and think about buying on Temu. Very enticing, I sadly was drawn in and bought loads of substandard, and rubbish items. Only about three of what I bought was great value and beautiful garments. Most I passed on to charity by as soon as I received them. The worst ever products that I received yesterday was a Fuschia Midi Coats. First the odour from the Coat was foul, it was so screwed up and creased beyond ironing. The collar one side was cut different to the other. It was just beyond disgusting. Sadly it's finished me for being a Customer again. Just beware before you decide to buy on Temu.
I want to warn other customers about my recent experience.During checkout, I was prompted to select five products that were displayed as £0. These items were presented in a way that strongly suggested they were included with my order. Based on this presentation, I proceeded with the purchase.After completing the order, I was informed that these items were not actually included and were instead part of a separate promotional “stars event” requiring additional purchases.This was not clearly explained during checkout. The way the £0 items were displayed directly influenced my purchasing decision.While the platform offers returns, the checkout presentation is misleading and creates the impression that the selected gifts are part of the current order when they are not.Customers should carefully review all promotional conditions before completing payment.
Worst company ever dealt with for customer service. They have always offered free delivery no matter what the total cost of items. Now they say must order $35 of items if coming from their new “local warehouses “. I made order yesterday and tracking proves it’s coming from China but I was not permitted to check out without ordering $35 worth. Have been on chat with customer service for 1/2 hr and still won’t answer my question. Send generic answers about delivery and tracking even from supervisor I asked to speak with. Last order I’ll ever do!!!

I have been trying to return a product, at my own expense due to its weight, for refund for almost a month. Temu is unable or unwilling to give me a proper return address after the one supplied on their website turned out to be incorrect.
Would give it less but cant app is a scam pure and simple ur spending hundreds on a unlock star game which is a joke and rbe 3 items for 1p ur spending 60 to unlock that as well this should be banned in the uk in techinally paying for a scam its the worst app ever very exploitable to costumers im sorry most people love it i absolutely hate the scammy app
Had a pathetic experience with temu. I paid the full amount for 5-7 items and recieved only 3 items. Their support system also dont responded.
I am reporting intentional theft and fraud by Temu.One of my packages is completely lost.Three packages were delivered to an address different from the one I selected.In December, I received six false delivery notifications and had to visit the pickup point approximately ten times, receiving nothing.Temu has kept my money for goods that were never delivered, which constitutes theft and fraud.Support and investigation teams repeatedly send meaningless template replies and fail to resolve the issue.I have not received any compensation for lost or misdelivered parcels, false notifications, or wasted time.This demonstrates deliberate financial misconduct, fraud, and gross negligence.Reply to f.....g temuIt is clear that it does not matter whether Temu responds via internal support or publicly. All replies are meaningless template responses, which raise serious doubts that any competent human is actually handling these cases. It feels like a bot, or an inexperienced person simply trained to press buttons, is replying instead of a professional employee.This is not about tracking, delivery dates, or locations. I expect a clear decision and timeline for:Refund for the lost packageCompensation for misdelivered packagesCompensation for six packages received in December that came with false delivery notifications, forcing unnecessary trips to the pickup pointDo not send another template reply. I expect a concrete resolution immediately.If this is not resolved, I will escalate to consumer protection authorities, fraud investigation bodies, and publicly report Temu’s practices on all major platforms.
Poor company,made all theses wonderful offers,put them in my cart and paid,they only sent 1 item which could have bought my local store cheaper.. company is grubby,do not buy from these grubs..

Temu is awful. The products you can get on other sites but the games they play with you. Saying you will get 4 free products, but then they charge you a bigger amount than they say. And is it worth it no. So I have to cancel every single product they say is free. And the same day you ordered is the same day you canceled but it takes them 5 to 7 days to get your money back. I’m so done with their gimmicks. I think the first time you order you get a free product but after that it’s just lies. I’m done with you Temu now I have to get your ads off of my Facebook page
Temu’s ‘100% GUARANTEE’ credit promotion is pure misleading scam. Huge banners screaming ‘100% MAX’, ‘Capped at £200’, ‘Withdraw 100%’, even golden badges saying GUARANTEE. I fell for it, spent around £59 on orders (followed all rules, min £10 etc.), but instead of 100% credit back, I got only 40%. Complained to support (bot named April Reyes), got copy-paste nonsense like ‘success is not far away’, ‘continue participating’, ‘transfer to specialist’ – but it’s an endless loop, no real manager ever connects.Tried daily claim via ‘credit777’ search – page doesn’t open, says ‘expired’ or nothing shows up. They require 7 consecutive days, but in practice it’s restricted or you get way less than promised. Ended up cancelling the order in 10 minutes out of frustration, but refund still not in my account (they say 5-14 days, why not instant?).This is deliberate misleading advertising – big promises, tiny print says ‘up to 100%’, ‘random percentage’. Support is useless bots, no real help. Already started chargeback and reporting to Trading Standards. Avoid this trap – you spend money and get nothing close to what’s advertised. 1 star, zero trust left.

Only had 1 problem with item bought, had to return it, Temu was great to communicate on the return.Very happy using temu.

What a pile of scammers, fake offers, useless customer serviceI wanted a couple of things which I knew were available on Temu, after being bombarded with offers of this that and the other upon purchase of £x amount, I decided to give it a go. Instructions were select 4 items at discounted price and spend an amount specified buying an item at full price to receive the discounted goods as well. This was carefully done as per instructions and to suit my needs and the requested payment made - only to find the “basket” paid for only contained the “full” price item which is available cheaper here off the shelf at a well known tool store! Order cancelled
Some items are okay but all are fairly low quality. The pop-ups and promotions are a joke soon you'll be charged 100+ dollars for stuff you thought was free and don't even get me started on the pyramid scheme-esque invite games you get less points for each person who accepts and you'll get done to a penny but never get your freebies. Editing to add that the chat feature in the app starts with what clearly appears to be a chatbot and then they claim they connect you to a person. I can't prove that they don't but either the person they refer you to is using such a tight script that it may as well be a robot or it's still not a person. This update is in reference to the response.
DANGEROUS FIRE HAZARD & HORRIBLE SUPPORT!"I am absolutely shocked by Temu's customer service. I received a defective and physically cracked heat gun (Order PO-208-0695735735103009) along with a blouse that is completely the wrong size.The cracked heat gun is a severe ELECTRICAL AND FIRE HAZARD. It is unsafe to use or even transport! Despite providing clear photo and video proofs, the support agents (like Luke Noah) just copy-paste robotic scripts. They refuse to escalate the issue to a supervisor and demand that I travel a long distance to a Meest Express drop-off point to return a dangerous broken item, which would cost me more than the item itself.They are forcing the customer to pay for their seller's dangerous mistakes! No returnless refund for hazardous items, no partial refund, just horrible, robotic customer service that ignores safety concerns. I strongly advise avoiding Temu for any electronics. I will update this review only if someone from the Resolution Team actually contacts me to fix this properly."
