The largest and best selection of stock videos. I was able to use these for B-roll footage on a few YouTube videos. The price is unbeatable and when I needed help, customer service took care of me immediately.

Beware of annual payments

We had purchased an annual account, which was blocked because it was being used by only one person on my team, but not me, and that person was using it exclusively from their home. It was a bit of a hassle to get the account reactivated. I understand that they have some internal policy against sharing accounts, but that wasn't the case here; it wasn't shared. It was always used by only one person in the same location, but I purchased it because I was the company director.Personally, I'll go back to paying monthly because I've lost confidence in the annual plan. I recommend Storybook because it has excellent content, truly exceptional, but I would be cautious with annual accounts.

Despite the pricing page is confusing…

Despite the pricing page is confusing (it says amount per month in bold but "billed annualy" in fine print) the support was able to switch me to monthly plan (with higher price of course) and succesfully returned the money. So I got what I wanted and I like this experience. Because it seems that this company cares about their clients.

Great Product AND Great Customer Service!

Storyblocks has offered a great product for years, but I've rarely needed to reach out for customer support. I did today, and their speed, friendliness and helpfulness exceeded my most optimistic expectations. Seriously impressive, and on Black Friday, too -- a day I would have assumed they were all home, sleeping off Thanksgiving Food Coma. Thanks for being consistently excellent, Storyblocks team.
