So after my first Trust Pilot review I got a reply after a month on Trust Pilot and now nothing from Customer Service for well over a month now and no investigation into my missing parcels! They are dumb and checked the completely wrong order numbers which obviously come back delivered as I recieved those! So after ten years ive decided not to buy something from them ever again! To think that they’re a multi million profit making company that can’t give me back my £81… makes me sick! Do not buy from SHEIN as they are losers…

I did the ,free gifts‘ Game with the seed.I won a 200€ Voucher but didn’t know where to get it so I texted the Customer Support.They gave me a code and told me I can use it but for SHEIN products only.I tried but it said:Code is not valid.So I texted them again and then I saw I had to buy stuff for 2000€ to even GET THE VOUCHER.Which they clearly Never mentioned.

I swearrrr i am soooooooooooooooo tired of having to leave reviews for these morally poor companies!!! These people messed up my address and no matter howwwww many hours i wasted calling around to the courier company or in chats with Shein, which i have now been blacklisted from using....my FIRST and LAST time EVER ordering from Shein!! SHAME ON THEM!!! And the only thing they could tell me to do was/is accept the package(s) at the original(INCORRECT) address before they'll do anything!!! Number one, how could i do this if i dont even know where the address is????,,, and number two, if i did happen to find the address, i do NOT have the type of skin color to be popping up at someone's residence demanding packages!!! We've all seen the news and know how stuff like that plays out...i have noooooo earthly idea why any customer service representative would suggest a customer do something sooooo potentially DANGEROUS!!! THEY SHOULD BE UTTERLY ASHAMED!!! Now i won't have these items when i need them, can't intercept them, and can't get a refund, because i need the items to return them..........the customer loses. I am out of my items AND my money --over 300 dollars!!! Shein will not do a thing! Also, yes I've contacted the USPS to get it intercepted and they say only the sender(obviously Shein) can do that. I'm out of luck....should have never decided to use Shein to begin with...NEVER. Know -- Shein has no concern for its customers
Know -- Shein uses 3rd party delivery services and provides no guarantees they will actually deliver your package. In fact, it expects YOU to follow up with the company if you don't get your package. In my case, SPEEDX, their delivery service, has NO WAY to actually contact them through their website. At a glance on their website, it looks like they do, but if you try to follow through their pathways, you will soon find they don't actually exist. No matter the time of day or day of the week you try to contact their chat, it is "outside business hours". No email address. No local, physical address. No phone number. I live in an apartment complex of 300 apartments that stretches 3 city blocks. I got an email notification from SpeedX through Shein that my package was delivered "to mailroom" at 9pm at night. We have no mailroom. Did the courier try to call me, to say they were having difficulty delivering, like Shein said they might? no. Three days later, after numerous complaints to Shein, Shein provided me with photos taken by courier of package, with geocoordinate stamps. It turns out that SpeedX dumped the package at the entrance to our apartment complex, on the public sidewalk, and called that "a mailroom". I supplied all kinds of photos to Shein, pointing this out and proving what my front door looks like, what the sidewalks leading to my building look like, what the sidewalks at our outdoor p.o. boxes look like, none of which look anything like the sidewalk where the package was dumped and photographed by SpeedX -- but no, Shein consider s the package delivered. They don't care if you can't find it or don't even know where to look. They already have your money, and that is what they want. Three times, they have told me the issue would be resolved. They keep asking for more photos and then telling me, "no, package delivered!"So learn from my costly mistake -- anywhere on your block or the next block over might be "package delivered" for Shein. If you actually want to receive the clothes you buy online, don't trust Shein.

poor customer service lost item
I have been ordering from shein for years. I had a item marked delivered on Feb 4 the item was not there tracking was sketchy. I contacted USPS with no response. I have been in contact with Shein and basically was told it was delivered and the wold investigate it would take 3 business days. It has been way over that they keep giving the run around about my item. It was one tshirt, every other tshirt was delivered separately. I paid 2.99 extra for shipping and they won't refund or replace the item I didn't receive

My order over £200 was marked as delivered by royal mail but the parcel has been no where to be found. I've been disputing this with Shein as the proof of delivery shows a foot and a pavement, not even the parcel....Upon alerting them of this situation, They've sent me emails that are clearly templated, and the customer service team have not once actually addressed any of my messages. I've used Shein before and never complained before, as a returning customer i feel very disappointed they have been reluctant to help or take this matter seriously.

Shady, Fraudulent Games!!
This company is SO shady and uses such deceptive business practices!! They should be banned from selling to the United States because of FRAUD!!! The games they suck you into are set up to never let you win. They show that you only need to send a link to 3 friends to invite them to join SHEIN before you can win the 10 free gifts that they made you spend 30 minutes choosing. But you send the link to 3 people, as shown & required, and then they just layer on yet another step that requires you to put in contact info on 3 more friends in order to complete the game and get the gifts. The problem is that no matter how many times you do this, and how many people you send their link to, they just keep adding in yet another step after step after step, and there is NO way to ever get to the end of the game (scam) and win the free gifts. They purposely let you keep going until your just ONE PENNY away from winning the gifts, and you just need to send their link onto another 3 friends, yet even after you do that it still shows your one penny away. It just continues this way endlessly until the clock runs out so EVERY player ALWAYS loses, but only after they’ve conned you into giving up the contact info on everyone on your contact list. Shame on them!!! Don’t be a sucker like I was!! Don’t even play any of their games because they’re fraudulent and they purposely set them up so they can never be won, so you’re just giving them all of your contacts for no reason. It’s all B.S.Shame on SHEIN!!! They should be sued in a class-action lawsuit for deceptive business practices!!
