This service makes it very easy to build and run your own webshop although there are limits to customisation depending on your subscription, that is not very apparent when you're in trial mode. There's room for improvement where it comes to the sales analytics as well. Customer service is exceptional, very helpful and responsive.

Overall, the site works well. However, one issue is that when you enter orders, it sometimes doesn't automatically show orders from the same day. An additional benefit would be to add an email blocking option, meaning that the account registered with that email address can't purchase anything from this store.

This is such a good platform for ecommerce solutions. They offer digital products, physical products and print on demand! They offer the ability to order sample products for the print on demand products -- AND THEY ARE SUCH GOOD QUALITY!!! My customers are blown away at the quality of the printing and how it withstands multiple washings without affecting the print at all. Their customer support is super helpful and they are very kind. If you want professional service and a reliable app --- you have to buy Sellfy!

(There's an update below)Setup was easy. Sales went mostly smoothly except you're stuck with shipping labels saying the products are coming from "Online Store at Online Store". They say this can't be changed. Also, I thought their guides were useful until I had issues trying to link my domain name from Squarespace to my Sellfy store. I submitted a support ticket last week with no response. I followed up today and they responded quickly saying they were waiting for a response from me to a previous email that said to respond if I had any questions. I didn't have any questions... so why imply that they didn't respond to my new request because I didn't respond that an email that didn't need a response? They asked me to read their guides again and reply if I still need help. For crying out loud, I already explained in my request last week that their guides didn't help and that's the whole reason I was asking for help. So, I have re-sent everything again and am asking them how many times I need to ask for help before they will actually help. I was starting to feel good about choosing Sellfy... until now.UPDATE:Thankfully, someone else finally assisted. My store is now functional.

The information was very easy to understand. The response from the team was fast. The time with Jeremy was very helpful. He answered each of our question. Explain very clearly things we did not know. And gave us the step by step on how to connect with the company. We got all the support we needed.

I like the fact that the platform is easy to use and accessible to everyone regardless of their geographical location. The visitor traffic to your shop without promotion is quite satisfactory, however it would be good to further detail the insights on the shop's statistics to see what works or not, the frequency of return of visitors. Thank you!
