Horrible customer service
I purchased tickets to the Glendale Supercross and there was a large piece of stadium equipment blocking our view. The equipment was not being used and should not have been there blocking our view. There is no one to contact at Seat Geek to resolve this for me and all I get is lame auto responses to my emails. This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved. Beware of doing business with Seat Geek, they are only there to take your money.

This company protects and condones…
This company protects and condones illegal activity, turns a blind eye not just to third party terms and restrictions, but their own as well. They have no issue providing you with counterfeit tickets through sites like secure.tickets that breach contracts and break laws. They will tell you over and over again that this is all legitimate and legal, while Live Nation/Ticketmaster has confirmed to me that it is not. The seller of a ticket I purchased is under investigation by Live Nation as I write this, and they still claim no wrongdoing has occured. They have repeatedly lied to, mislead and deceived me concerning the nature of this transaction and the use of unauthorized counterfeit tickets.

They collected our money but no tickets
They collected our money and sent a a confirmation of the purchase but they failed to process our purchase so we were unable to claim our tickets.We made 2 calls to customer service and twice were put on hold for over 30 minutes.

Dont use unless you have a US mobile
Unable to install their app on a non US mobile, hence unable to get tickets purchased. Also unable to get a US colleague to assist as the QR code changes every 60sec, hence a screen print will not work.Great security guys, but how are tourists supposed to get tickets ???

Absolute nightmare, for our sons.
On 1/16/26 I purchased 10 Sixers tickets for our son and some teammates, wanting to surprise a teammate who was diagnosed with cancer, he’s 14. On 2/19/26, game day, we still had not received the tickets. In the morning, 9:00 EST, I reached out to Seat Geek. Jesus, the rep, told me not to worry, the seller was working on the tickets. At 2:30 PM EST, I messaged him again telling him we were ready to drive 2.5 hours each way, and still didn’t have the tickets. We arrived in Philadelphia, sat down at a restaurant to eat, and at 5:02 PM EST, I messaged him again. At 5:12 EST, he messaged me saying I was receiving a full refund. We rented a van, drove 5 hours (round trip) and never received our tickets. I have tried to reach Jesus and he has never again responded. I’m so disappointed that our son and his teammates, trying to lift up their sick teammate, had to deal with this. I spent $1,600 between the tickets and parking, and I have now been ignored by Seat Geek. How can any company do business like this??

Faulty system processing and clueless customer service
I have tried for 5 months to add a card to my account and make a purchase. I have tried 2 computers, 2 different browsers, my phone, clearing cache. All the things. Any i get a 'try again later' message. I opened a ticket and after months with that, all they can say is 'try again'. The customer service team has no clue what they are doing.

Very disappointed with my experience…
Very disappointed with my experience using SeatGeek. My concert ticket date was never confirmed, and I had to contact customer service myself to find out the seller never actually had the ticket. This was never communicated to me. They were unable to provide a replacement ticket and only offered a refund. The biggest issue is the uncertainty of whether third-party sellers actually have valid tickets. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

I had a really disappointing experience with SeatGeek.I purchased 5 tickets for over $600 and was told (via chat and their FAQ) that tickets would be transferred 24–48 hours before the event. As the concert got closer, I still hadn’t received the transfer and couldn’t get a clear answer from support. With the event approaching and no tickets in hand, I felt forced to purchase a second set to ensure my family wouldn’t miss the concert. The original tickets were eventually transferred only hours before the event — technically “in time,” but not within the timeframe that was communicated to me. By that point, ticket prices had dropped dramatically (to around $25 each), and because of the late transfer, I wasn’t given a fair opportunity to resell.I escalated to leadership and was told all sales are final since the tickets were delivered before the event. While I understand marketplace pricing fluctuates, the lack of clarity around delivery timing and the delay in communication left me stuck with two sets of tickets and no meaningful support.Buyers should be aware that “delivered in time” may not mean what you think it does. I won’t be using SeatGeek again.

Over selling tickets
We purchased monster jam tickets and parking pass for 02/14/2026 at AT&T stadium we get to our parking lot it was completely full no where to park and we were told sorry find somewhere else to park I contacted seat geek and was told not our problem unless the event was canceled no refund so now I’m out $150 on a parking pass they oversell tickets and could care less as long as they get your money

Made a slight mistake when booking parking for the Daytona 500 by picking the wrong date, they should have let us cancel it when we realized the issue within seconds. They should have also had a pop-up window for you to review and look things over before you hit book. a company that didn't mean to rip you off by charging you and not letting you cancel within seconds of noticing it must have meant to do this and probably does it constantly. 157 for nothing because of a simple mistake due to the lack of a pop-up window. Screw seat geek

Purchase tickets for Chicago. The band in Las Vegas. Flew into town for the concert as a surprise. Second anniversary. Receive tickets for a tour of the Chicago theater in Chicago, Illinois. SeatGeek owned up to the fact that their system allowed is a mistake but then put me through utter hell 3 hours on the phone two days of my vacation to ultimately be told they would give me a promotional courtesy credit for a future purchase or if I could fly to Chicago and make the clock and go back several hours I could attend the event they sent me tickets for that had already occurred and give me a 50% credit. I couldn't believe it either. I then got the runaround the shuffle at one time. Every supervisor in the world was in a meeting for 30 minutes so I couldn't speak to anybody. Ultimately we did not get to see the show. And we are disputing it with our credit card because once they found out we'd had never accepted the tickets on the Ticketmaster format. They all of a sudden needed us to accept them before they could process any sort of guarantee. Seemed very odd to us..... And it was a totally ridiculous situation. Don't trust these fools

Sears came in as worse seats and they wouldn't fix it.
I ordered seats for a certain row. The seats came in 8 rows farther back than I ordered. It came in my email as the seats I ordered as a Google calendar but the order number for the seats were different. They wanted a screenshot of when I ordered(who screenshots their order thinking it'll be different after you order) and said because I didn't have that, I was out of luck.
