I ordered a custom print on a black tee shirt. I received a review to look at before the order and all looked right, so I placed an order. I received a receipt for the order then another for shipment times, all looked right,Then I received a printed BLUE shirt. I asked customer service and even had to take a photo of the shirt to send them. For a response, I received a new paid receipt for, now, a blue shirt!Customer service seems to only want to cover their own ___.
Right now I seem to be have a big problems uploading new products to my website. I've got one right now that has be uploading for 1 and 1/2 hours and it still hasn't finished. Time for bed, will check in the morning. And this has happened the past several times. A couple of them I uploaded from another POD company. Not happy with that. I want to stay with printful.
It was very easy to link my products on Printful to ebay. One click and it was connected then just publish products to my ebay store and my products were listed. A purchase was made and the person got their product without a hitch.
As long as the customer service is unprepared and unfriendly, it’s never worth using their services.Reading the complaints, it becomes clear how poor their customer service really is.Thanks to the reviews, I will avoid placing a large order and will look for another supplier who can meet my requirements.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Printful regarding the All-Over Print Hoodie product.A total of 10 orders were placed for this hoodie — 9 were placed directly by my customers, and 1 order was placed by me. Unfortunately, all 10 orders had issues, which created a very difficult situation for my business and negatively affected my customers’ experience.Here is what happened:4 orders were marked as delivered, but the customers never received them.4 orders were received, but the hoodies were at least two sizes too small.The hoodies that were received took 2 weeks or longer to arrive.At the 2-week mark, I received an email stating there was a delay with all-over print products—which came very late in the process and after customers were already waiting.I contacted customer support and explained that these issues were happening across multiple orders for the same product, which clearly suggested a broader problem with this specific item. While support did assist with one order, the replacement has still not been received. In that case, the first hoodie was marked delivered but never arrived, and now the replacement (second shipment) has still not been received either.Another major issue was the handling of the sizing problems. I explained that several customers received hoodies that were significantly too small. I was then asked to collect detailed measurements and photos from each customer. From a business and customer service perspective, this is not a good experience. Asking multiple customers to measure garments and take photos places an unnecessary burden on them and reflects poorly on my brand, even though the issue originated with the supplier.I personally measured the hoodie from the order I placed, and it was clearly nowhere near a true 3XL—it fit more like an XL. I submitted the requested information, but after that, nothing meaningful happened.I contacted support a second time about a week later because there was still no real progress for the customers who had not received their orders. I had to provide the same information again. Support eventually agreed to reship 3 orders, but they would not increase the sizes, which means my customers are likely receiving another hoodie that still will not fit.At this point, I may have to absorb the financial loss and refund customers out of pocket just to preserve what reputation I can. This entire situation has cost me a significant amount of money—not just from these orders, but also from the likely damage to customer trust and future business. Customers will understandably share their experiences, which can further harm our reputation.Overall, I feel this situation could and should have been handled much better. The combination of delivery issues, sizing inaccuracies, delays, and repeated support friction resulted in a very poor experience, and the final outcome has been unacceptable.
Love this site. Very easy to design t-shirts. Selection is great. Interface either Etsy is seamless.
I like integration very much I am expecting sales on eBay soon. I am coming up with more ideas daily. So hopefully me and printful and eBay can make money
I’ve been using Printful for my print-on-demand business, and my experience has been very positive so far.The platform is easy to use, even for beginners, and the integration with my store was smooth and straightforward. I especially appreciate the consistent print quality and the reliable fulfillment process — my customers have been happy with their orders, which is what matters most.Customer support has also been responsive whenever I had questions, and the mockup generator makes creating professional listings much easier.Of course, like any service, there is always room to grow, but overall Printful has been a solid and trustworthy partner for building my POD business. I’m grateful to have them as part of my workflow and look forward to continuing to scale with their support.
Easy linking of accounts and straightforward editing on both platforms.
I placed an order with Printful on 02/15 and its 02/23 and the order still has not shipped. I placed orders with Apliiq and Tapstitch on 02/17 and 02/20 and they have already shipped. One of the Aplliq orders is arriving on 02/26 while this Printful order still hasnt even shipped-stuck in fulfillment. Customers will not be happy with placing orders and waiting for a tracking number more than a week and waiting 2 weeks or more to receive their order. Going back to Apliiq and Tapstitch. I thought Printful had gotten better with this.
NICE AND BEAUTIFUL
The ease of syncing to my store is perfect. The only problem is if I wanted to put my design on a darker shirt, it would a different color to the my design, Which does not look good.
Adding products from Printful to my merch store is effortless, as is selling and fulfillment, which all happen automatically in the background without any interaction on my part.
