Customer for 16 years, never had an issue before. Went to return my gpu that I bought that wasn't working and my refund was rejected. Now they are apparently going to send me back my broken gpu and I'm out several thousand dollars. I've heard stories of people buying from Newegg, never opening their package and then returning it and it getting rejected for a bogus reason; now I know why. Won't be shopping at Newegg anymore.EDIT: In reply to Newegg response. The item was sent back in the exact condition I received it in. This is the exact reason why Newegg has the track record they do on return issues. I will be submitting my evidence including timestamped pictures and no cut video of the pre and post return condition and we will let the bank decide the outcome. Unfortunate that it had to come to this.EDIT 2: Just got the card back in the mail from Newegg. Absolutely insane! They removed the anti tamper sticker from my card! It's a good thing I have photo and video evidence of it being intact when sending it back. We will see what resolution the bank comes to.

I ordered from Newegg and my package was marked as delivered, but I never received it.The proof of delivery only shows “Dock” as the delivery location and lists an unknown third party as the recipient, with no signature, photo, or full address confirmation. Because of this, delivery to me cannot be verified.I contacted Newegg support, but they refused to issue a refund despite the lack of proper delivery confirmation.As a customer, I am left without the product and without my money. I hope Newegg will reconsider this case and improve how delivery disputes are handled in the future.

Bought damaged MOBO, did not receive full refund
I made an 886 dollar order to build a new pc. Mobo had a bent pin. Spent 20 to send it back, spent I believe 279.99 on it. Got 189.99 refunded to me. The agent said because it was bought with a combo I don't get refunded part what I PAID. Bought mobo from Amazon next day and pc worked flawless. He said he can't look at what I paid for the mobo but knew I had two seperate discounts that stopped me from receiving my full refund from what I paid. Was offered 30 dollar card. Sure. But I won't be back. What a headache for something out of my control.

`I found my experience extremely positive. When I made a shipping mistake, customer service (Thanks very much, Rashida and another gentleman) went way out of their way to assist. Their prices are reasonable, and shipping was very fast. All in all, far better than their huge competition. From now on, I'll look to Newegg for my electronic purchases.

New Egg offloading sales and shipping to poorly rated 3rd parties for international sales
New Egg selling a product that is sold by the manufacturer and shipped by New Egg when buying/shipping in the US, but when trying to buy a product and ship it to a familar member overseas you lose that option and are instead offloaded to a 3rd party seller, the one for the specific product I was looking to purchase was significantly worse rated than had I been able to purchase via the manufacturer and have it shipped by new egg. Contacting new egg customer service to see if having it bought/shipped that way I was treated dismissively by the agent who made no attempt to offer any kind of solution.Edit Response to New Egg: The item your 3rd party seller was trying to sell me wasn't even the item I had selected from Super Flower seller/New Egg shipper. There was no indication that the item was changed or notice like "That item isn't for sale by this seller" or anything, it simply tried to change the item - which is similar enough in name that I'm sure there's people that wouldn't notice. Given that the seller is a global seller and new egg is a global shipper, it's even more bothersome how little help the agent even attempted to offer.

They advertised a product expressly as being "in stock" and charged a massive premium over the list price in other stores that noted it was not in stock. They charged my card. They then, days later, cancelled the order because it was not in stock because "it was not in stock when fulfilled" and will refund me in due course. Absolutely pathetic. Never again. Stay away.

Didn't deliver at address.That happens, they said it was delivered, even if the camera shows no one ever passed.Asked for a police report, that is not applicable for a non-delivery.It's if the package was stolen at the door, it wasn't stolen, they just delivered elsewhere.Lucky me, it was delivered at my 3rd neighbor, that passed it one the the 6th neighbor, that passed it to me. Just days later.Newegg should have provided a proof of it being delivered at my address, (that wasn't the case, but that what support said happened), but honestly, they probably had the GPS coordinate show it was delivered a few hundreds of meter away.They closed it before my neighbor delivered it to me!

Just terrible, takes almost a month to ship. Back to Amazon. I put a review up on Newegg to, or tried to I’m sure they won’t publish it, I fount it interesting that the word “Amazon” is restricted from being in a review.

Most Useless Customer Service
I used their PC Builder and selected 32GB of RAM. When I went to check out and finished ordering, i looked at my receipt, at some point the RAM was 16GB instead of 32GB. There were no notifications and no way to know that there was a switch. When asking their customer service, who 100% gave fake names, I have never seen a more rude and unhelpful set of staff that could have simply been replaced with an NPC AI set of instructions. They did not listen, they did not do anything. In fact, the "Supervisor" Sven, said "You should just buy it" when referring to the RAM being ordered was messed up by Newegg's system. I am honestly about to look into consumer protection rights over this. It's insane that they can get away with this

Buyer Beware!
I ordered a gaming laptop for my son for Xmas from NewEgg through Walmart. It was a Black Friday Sale so I was getting a good machine for a good price. When my laptop arrived, I opened the box to find they shipped my laptop in a large shipping box with no packing material to secure the package inside. As a result, the laptop was sliding around inside the shipping box the entire shipping process. I contacted Walmart who informed me I had to deal with NewEgg directly, since they were the ones who sold the laptop. I simply wanted to exchange the laptop they sent with a same model laptop and have it shipped properly. My concern was that all the jolting this laptop experienced may have caused internal damage which could cause future problems. After a lengthy process to get in touch with NewEgg's Customer Service, the representative informed me that my order was in fact shipped incorrectly, and that they normally secure all their machines inside the shipping box. But because there were no signs of external damage, all they would offer to do was allow me to return this laptop and purchase a new one. The problem with this solution is the model I want is no longer on sale, and repurchasing it would cost more than two hundred ($200+) than I originally paid. After explaining this issue to the representative, he completely changed his tune and claimed the laptop was shipped correctly and that it "should" work properly. After pointing out to the representative that he already admitted it wasn't shipped correctly he completely avoided the issue,apologizing for any confusion. I have the transcript of the conversation as proof(see photo). I cannot reccomend a company that has no integrity.

Sometimes good prices but sometimes fake prices…
Sometimes good prices and sometimes could delivery time. Prices are not as good as they used to be and The comparison prices are often not real. Delivery has also become slower. So-called door buster prices border on fraud. Items are sometimes sold out before the sale begins and if not sell out within the first 30 seconds. They're what my mom used to call like "come on." I used to really like this site. Today, not so much.

I ordered 3 items from Newegg this time even though they messed up my last order. Boy are they on a roll! One seller contacted me and tried to tell me my item was not in stock and if I wanted it I had t buy a different brand, and the second item which was two sticks of 32gb ram they sent me a 4tb ssd. If I want my ram i have to wait 3 weeks, a week for them tosend me a return lable to ship it back then I have to wait for them to ship me the correct product. That is unacceptable when it was their mistake!! And trying to say we dont have this but we'll send you this is a scam because I could never claim a warranty return when the brand names dont match!!! Next time I will deal with Canada Computers. At least they are not trying to be another Amazon.

DO not get a refurbished computer from this COMPANY!! I have never had a computer where 90% of the keyboards do not work of course conveniently OUT of the warranty period. I had my lenovo which I bought new on amazon work for 10 yrs and it's still going and the only reason I'm replacing is because it is super slow now. But yeah get a laptop and watch the keyboard not work. RIDICULOUS!

I will never buy from them again
I will never buy from them again! I purchased a DJI drone from them, no where in the AD did it say I could not register it with the FAA, Nowhere in the AD did it say the enhanced transmission option would not work in the USA. Tried to resolve it with newegg said I cannot return it. So now I have a $2,000.00 paper weight. Update: New Egg reached out to me and said they would allow a return, I have contacted them and advised them that I had already returned it once at my cost and was told while it was in transit I could not return it. The unit has been activated but cannot be registered with the FAA. I do not want to send it again until I get clarification and if they will charge me a restocking fee when there was a false description on their website. Still waiting on a response from them.
